Research On The Theory And Method Of Regional Landscape Construction Serving Ecosystem

For a long time,the practice of regional landscape construction in China,especially the regional landscape ecological planning,has been dominated by the single-leg walking mode,which emphasizes space over culture,resulting in the lag of the construction of regional ecological culture and the development of the value orientation of mass ecological aesthetics.In addition,the regional natural ecosystem is a spatial stable state achieved through a long evolution,as an aesthetic and functional entity with strong attributes of time evolution and process change.However,the uncoupling between the current regional landscape space construction and the natural ecosystem process leads to the crisis of regional living environment and ecosystem.In this context,the new thinking of China's national ecological governance system puts forward that the construction of ecological civilization needs overall planning and decision-making at the regional level.At the same time,the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on the new requirements for the construction of ecological civilization stressed that the co-construction of ecological civilization are dual aspects of cultural ecology and spatial ecology,both complement each other and promote together,which complement each other and promote together.Therefore,in the face of the current situation of regional landscape and the new requirements of regional ecological civilization construction,regional landscape construction as an important medium to regulate the relationship between the human and natural environment,it is necessary to adjust the relevant theories and methods.Based on the above cognition,taking the reflection of the concept and practice of regional landscape ecosystem service as the core pointcut,and standing on the ethical height of "human feeding nature-serving ecosystem",the research firstly puts forward the concept of regional landscape construction serving ecosystem.On the basis of elaborating the process attributes of ecosystem,the process essence of regional landscape construction,the relationship between serving ecosystem and regional landscape construction,and the theoretical support of the necessity of regional landscape construction coordination,and taking the survey of public ecological literacy survey,the evaluation of regional ecological space security pattern,and the scenario simulation of regional land use space evolution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the empirical basis,analyzes the specific problems in the current regional landscape construction,and points out that: The absence of ecological culture construction is the main top-level design defect of regional landscape construction planning organization system in China;the lack of process attribute is the main shortcoming of regional landscape ecological spatial pattern control;collaborative construction is the main breakthrough to promote the adaptive embedding of regional landscape ecological culture construction into regional landscape ecological spatial pattern control.On this basis,put forwards: the daily function of the common people(public layer),and the professional management and control of regional landscape by administrative and planning agencies(elite level)on the regional landscape,are software and hardware that affect the changes of regional landscape system as well as maintain and repair the structure and function of regional landscape ecosystem,which are indispensable and mutually reinforcing;to construct a two-path regional landscape planning and organization system,which takes the construction of regional landscape ecological culture and the control of regional landscape ecological space pattern as the main purpose,is the time content and system innovation that really promotes the coconstruction of regional ecological civilization.Based on the above analysis,taking the ecological ethics,ecological aesthetics and ecological space of regional landscape construction serving the ecosystem as basic value basis,points out: construction of regional landscape ecological culture under the guidance of ecological aesthetics and ecological ethics,control of regional landscape spatial pattern under the guidance of ecological space and ecological decision-making,collaborative mechanism construction of regional ecological culture construction and spatial pattern control are composed of three contents of regional landscape construction that serves the ecosystem,forming the theoretical framework of regional landscape construction that serves the ecosystem.With returning to the inherent process attribute of the development and evolution of ecosystem and the interaction between human and ecosystem as handles,and based on the cultivation of regional biophilia landscape aesthetic cognition and the connection stringing of regional pro-local landscape historical clues,forms the regional landscape ecological culture construction strategy serving ec osystem,supported by the integration of regional space-ecological dual landscape planning and eco-oriented decision-making in regional landscape planning,the control method of regional landscape ecological space pattern serving the ecosystem is derived;and by analyzing the internal correlation of regional landscape construction coordination and constructing the framework of planning and organization mechanism of regional landscape construction coordination,the regional landscape construction coordination mechanism serving ecosystem is built up.Finally,the regional landscape construction method and theory with distinct ecological ethics aesthetics and ecological practice value orientation is formed.
