The rapid development of large-span steel grid structure promotes the innovation of construction technology accordingly.In this thesis,a new kind of integral lifting technology for large-span steel grid structure is presented,and then applied to the lifting of the steel grid of the installation project of H01 general assembly plant owned by Nanchang Hongdu Aviation Industry Group Co.,Ltd.The structural and mechanical characteristics of the lifting technology are studied,the lifting plan and the key technological parameters are determined,and the lifting process is conducted according to the plan.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The construction technology and construction mechanics theory of large-span steel structure are elaborated in detail,the application of construction mechanics in software is explained,and the application principles of SAP2000 software are presented.(2)Based on the general situation of the project and considering the construction site conditions,the integral lifting method of space truss is proposed.In order to control the quality of the grid installation project,the welding technology,assembly technology and lifting technology of the grid are briefly introduced.(3)Three lifting plans are proposed,and the corresponding numerical models are established by finite element analysis software SAP2000.Analytical results show that all of the three plans are feasible.After comparison of their safety redundancies and early-warning mechanisms,the best plan is determined and further optimized.(4)Using the software 3D3 S to simulate the whole lifting process of the grid,the results show that the internal forces and the deformations of each member and the reaction forces of each lifting point of the grid during the lifting process meet the requirements of design requirements.All the research results are used to guide the field construction,and the lifting process is completed smoothly.(5)The successful practice of the integral lifting method of the steel grid with pulling rods proves that this technology can shorten the lifting time,reduce the cost,and increase the construction safety.
