In recent years, with the rapid development of construction technology, the construction oflong-span spatial steel structure in our country turns into a period of explosive development.With the increasing of the steel structure complexity and construction difficulty, the number ofsafety accidents in the process of steel structure construction is growing, and the survey resultsshow that the main accidents happened during construction period. So a software simulation ofconstruction mechanics during the steel structure construction stage is necessary.This paper begins a further research on the basis of the project that ji-nan city librarylecture hall space truss structure. Firstly, comparing the construction scheme of large span steelspace truss structure; secondly, determining the reasonable lifting point location by finiteelement analyzing; finally, proving the security of the entire installation scheme. Throughstudying and analyzing of the lifting process of steel truss structure, we can get the followingresults:(1) When established the grid structure finite model, we can simplify the lifting point tosupport node, and cable wind rope to the X, Y direction of the spring, which can make the resultof simulation more closely to the actual situation.(2) At the base of fully consideration of the structure space effect, we can do a constructionsimulation of structure lifting under different lifting point, and determine the lifting pointlocation by comparative analyzing the force and deformation of the structure, which will makethe selection of lifting point location more reasonable.(3) When proving the security of the scheme, we should fully consider the gravity lode,wind lode and dynamic lode of lifting effect and the function of the cable wind rope constraintduring the space truss hoisting process, from which more accurate verification results can beobtained.From what has been discussed above, we can come to the conclusion that doing a finiteelement simulation of the steel frame integral lifting method during structure constructionprocess can guide the installation of space truss structure, ensure the safety of the construction,and be of great significance to the installation of the space truss structure.
