In recent years,large-span space steel structure in China has been rapid development,with the level of social economy and people's living standards improve,the space requirements of production and life also increased,the structural system of the spatial structure from simple to complex,from small to large span trend evolution is more obvious,the evolution of this trend will drive the development of the corresponding construction technology.Large span space steel structure hydraulic integral lifting construction technology is in the background of the development of a new type of structure construction technology.In this paper,several construction methods of large span space steel structures are introduced,including the high altitude bulk method,the sub block(block)installation method,the high altitude sliding method,the integral lifting method,and the respective technical points and the applicable scope are described.At the same time,it also introduces the development of the whole construction technology at home and abroad.This paper analyzes the composition and principle of hydraulic integral lifting system,and introduces the strategy of the overall control strategy and the technological process of the whole construction.In Gabon stadium steel structure construction as the background,detailing the structure characteristics of the project,stadium steel structure is divided into East and west two steel structure stand canopy and structure form is the same,respectively by a main arch steel frame,the outer ring truss,V type steel column,bolt ball net consists of four major department.Main arch steel frame through both sides of the arch foot landing;the outer ring truss through both ends and the main steel tubular,inner bottom chord by V type steel column and the landing;bolt ball net front-end through and main frame of the lifting point is connected,and the rear end of the hoop truss medial chord rod welded connections.The four part is the structure of the structure and the stability of the space structure system.West of the construction of the steel structure stands as an example,from five aspects of the structural characteristics,economy,quality,safety,time identified the ascent of the whole construction project.The main frame points to two,the ring truss a promotion.Finally,the main steel span of six points of the closure.At the same time,the finite element software Midas is used to simulate the whole construction process,and the results show that the maximum displacement of each construction stage is 173.91 mm,the maximum stress of the bar is 120.03 MPa,which meets the requirements of the specification.On construction process in the use of temporary tire rack,a lifting tower,lifting beam for the strength,stiffness and stability calculation.The results show that the selected section could meet the requirements of the code for design of steel structure,to ensure the safety of the whole construction process.
