Construction enterpris es are an important part of construction enterprises,and the role of human resources can not be ignored if enterprises want to continue to maintain and exert their competitive advantages in development.But human resources must also be effectively developed in order to play its powerful role,performance appraisal as an essential part of human resources management,and its effective and continuous improvement is significant.The object of this study is the performance management of ZK construction company.Because the performance management status of ZK construction company has been unsatisfactory,and at the same time,the performance management system design based on key performance indicators(KPI)has been put forward on the basis of the low level of overall industry performance management.On the basis of theoretical research,combined with the ZK construction company's existing performance management,based on the interviews and questionnaires,points out the current situation of company's existing performance management and further analysis,proposes the key performance indicators(KPI)management mode.Use of key performance indicators(KPI)theory,combined with the strategic objectives of the company,from the company level,department level and job level layers in advance KPI,after the application of communication from the performance plan,performance counseling,performance evaluation,and performance results of the designed KPI performance management system suitable for the situation of the company,is conducive to the level of enterprise performance management improvement,improve human resources management level.Pressure The article is structured as follows:the first part is to introduce the research background,research motivation,methods and significance of this paper.The second part is about the literature review of performance management theory.The third part through the description of development of enterprises,human resources,performance management present situation description,based on interviews and questionnaire survey,points out the existing problems and the existing enterprise performance evaluation analysis.The fourth part is the main part of this article.According to the current operating conditions and strategic objectives,introduced the key performance management system(KPI),as the core of the performance evaluation system,decompose the strategic objectives,specific methods to key performance indicators,key performance indicators system of different levels of management.In order to ensure the effective implementation of performance appraisal system,the whole process of performance management is put forward.The fifth part is the conclusion of this article,the ideas and experiences obtained through writing,and the deficiencies.
