Benefiting from the implementation of a series of policies in recent years,such as the progress of urbanization,the construction of affordable housing and the continuous improvement of the per capita income level of workers,directly lead and promote the rapid development of the domestic customized home-industry.OPPEIN Home Group Limited company,as a leader in domestic custom made home industry,has been always leading the trend and development of the industry since the date of establishment.Nowadays,the competition between companies are becoming more and more fierce,and trend to a white hot stage.But in fact,it's the competition between human resources.So as long as you own first-class human resources,you would gain the initiative to win the market competition at the same time.If companies want to improve their core competitiveness and win sustainable development,it's necessary to improve the creat high performance's ability of employees.Meanwhile,Performance management,as an important part of human resource management in an organization,can effectively stimulate the morale and passion of employees,and greatly arouse the staff's initiative and work enthusiasm.Therefore,a scientific and reasonable performance management system plays an indispensable role in building the core competitiveness of the organization.This paper intends to make a special analysis of the status of OPPEIN performance management system and the problems existing in each link,and make a detailed study of the improvement strategies to be taken.In order to ensure the comprehensive analysis and research,the author did on the basis of five years of experience in his position of OPPEIN leading role in performance management,by interview and anonymous questionnaires among internal cadres and employees,through comprehensive,in-depth description and interpretation on OPPEIN development process & performance management system,it first points out the shortcomings and the points to be improved while affirming the advantages;Then,it puts forward the feasibility of improving the performance management system,improving the strategy and supporting measures,to establish a more scientific,accurate performance system,so as to improve staff performance management 's satisfaction,and boost the group's strategic objectives at all stages.This paper is composed of the six parts,the first part is the introduction,the basic problems of the research background and significance of this article,and the main contents and innovative points of the thesis are introduced;the second is the literature review at home and abroad in the field of performance management is the corresponding theoretical support are elaborated;again is the existence of OPPEIN performance management issues with the improvement of analysis;and then the research contents and put forward the improvement of OPPEIN performance management system;followed by countermeasures to improve the existing performance management system of OPPEIN is discussed;the last is the conclusion and prospect of this paper are summarized and refined.They are the importance of a scientific performance plan,process tracking and control and important means to ensure the achievement of goals,the accuracy of performance data is the core element of accurate performance measurement,matching resources input is the prerequisite for establishing a sound performance management system.OPPEIN,as an important role of domestic home manufacturing industry,has a certain representation in solving the problem met during the improvement of performance management.The writer hope that the improvement strategy of “Performance management key process specification ” mentioned in this paper could give other companies some reference value.
