The development of enterprises depends on clear development strategies and feasible strategic goals.In order to ensure the implementation of strategies and the realization of goals,it needs to rely on efficient performance management.Practice shows that efficient performance management can greatly promote the development of enterprises and is the most important and core management content in human resource management.Enterprises should attach importance to and constantly improve the level of performance management.Xuzhou Rothe Erd slewing support co.,LTD is a company specializing in the production and sales of slewing support.In recent years,the company has developed rapidly and its market share continues to expand.In order to improve the level of workshop performance management and stimulate the improvement of workshop production efficiency,it is urgent to improve the current performance management system.Therefore,this paper studies the optimization of the workshop performance appraisal management of Rothe Erd company.First of all,the literature on performance management at home and abroad is sorted out and summarized to clarify relevant concepts involved in the paper,and the research is carried out based on the theory of management by objectives and constraint.Secondly,the performance of Rothe Erd company existing production workshop management mode is analyzed,combining with the company over the years the performance review results,identify a line of the main problems of performance management,it is a wrong understanding of performance management of,secondly,the performance evaluation index is not comprehensive,three is the insufficient performance appraisal results using,four is the lack of performance communication,feedback and supervision.Then,by sorting out the company's development strategy and goals,and analyzing the success factors in the realization of the company's strategic goals according to the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard,four first-level indicators and 18 second-level indicators were finally screened out to determine the weight coefficient of each indicator.And optimize the company's performance management from four aspects: performance plan,including clear work objectives and plans,clear performance appraisal indicators,clear workshop production plan;Performance implementation,including improving the performance management process,strengthening performance communication;In terms of performance appraisal,the framework of performance appraisal should be defined and the application of performance appraisal results should be emphasized.In the aspect of performance feedback,strengthen result feedback management and appeal management.Finally,the measures to ensure the implementation of the plan are made from four aspects: management,organization,information and corporate culture.First,to obtain the support of all aspects of the company,need to obtain the support of the superior management company,internal management personnel;The second is to establish a performance management team,including a performance assessment team led by the deputy manager of the production department,relevant functional departments and upstream and downstream workshops.The third is to strengthen performance data management,through data collection and analysis,and the establishment of performance management information system,improve the efficiency of performance management;Fourth,the establishment of "performance-oriented" corporate culture.The research of this paper can better improve the performance level of Rothe Erd production department and ensure the realization of its target.At the same time,it can also provide a certain reference for the same type of manufacturing enterprise manufacturing department performance management.
