Patentometrics On Intelligent Transportation Technology Development

The technological convergence brought by multidisciplinary intersecting brings newopportunities to the development of modern traffic.In the reports of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the traffic power strategy is put forward.However,there are still some phenomena in our country,such as slow traffic construction,overcapacity,and aging of traffic and transportation solutions.The generation of intelligent transportation system will play an important role in solving the above phenomena.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the development the process of Intelligent Transportation Technology in the world,and then analyze the direction of the development of intelligent transportation technology,and finally provide a reasonable suggestion for the development of the transportation in the future.Based on Patentometrics,text mining and patent citation analysis,this paper focuses on the development process of intelligent transportation technology.The patent text field is used to analyze the development process of the Patent Organization,the country and the technology field of the intelligent transportation technology through the patent text field.The phrase and phrase clustering are obtained by using the text mining method,and the technical development theme is obtained in the 1984-1997,1998-2008,and 2009-2016 time periods.The citation analysis method excavated the mutual reference relationship between the topics,and analyzed the development course of the intelligent transportation technology through the change of each theme in the time dimension.The analysis results show that intelligent transportation technology mainly covers the theme 1(navigation system,global positioning,vehicle navigation,integrated navigation,etc.),theme 2(control system,circuit control,central control unit,etc.),theme 3(wireless communications,cellular communications,mobile communications,etc.)in the development process of these topics.Gradually,the information acquisition technology application mode of "function-information" of intelligent transportation technology has been transformed into "information-function" information resource development and application mode.The intelligent traffic is initially transformed into modular function information interaction stage from development of modular function and Scale information system which is based on the big data technology of the Internet of things,integrates intelligent transportation technology and multi-element information and reversely develops and consummate the necessary intelligent transportation infrastructure.Through the timely,rapid and accurate information ofall kinds of traffic factors,intelligent transportation is used to analyze,integrate,process and apply intelligent traffic information through the large data network technology,to realize the intelligent and informational management and control of the whole traffic system,and ultimately improve the people's traffic life.
