With the development of science and technology,the amount of data generated by all walks of life is increasing rapidly.As a valuable information resource,the amount of data is also increasing rapidly.In the face of numerous patent information,how to use effective It is particularly important for analytical methods to obtain information useful for the development of enterprises and technologies.Based on this consideration,this article uses cluster analysis,citation analysis and other technologies to create greater value.The evolutionary route of technology is an important method to study the law of technological system development.It can not only directly reflect the law of development of a certain technology,but also can predict its future development direction and explore new technical solutions.In addition,use Technological prediction and research on the technological evolution route can also save a lot of time,which has important practical significance.This paper takes automobile lamp as an example,and proposes an analysis process based on the evolution of key technologies.The analysis process has the advantages of accurate results,high efficiency,and more realistic conditions.The main contents are as follows:(1)Through the number of patent applications,the trend analysis of the car light technology is carried out,and the development stage of the technology is obtained.(2)According to the characteristics of different development stages,the highly cited patents of car lamp technology are obtained through citation analysis,and the relevant patents of the highly cited patents are obtained through the citation network analysis,and the main development technologies in this field are analyzed.(3)Through clustering analysis,the keywords in the field of automotive lighting technology are obtained,and "light source" and "lens" in the clustering results are selected as representative keywords of automotive lighting technology.(4)Using NLP technology to extract keywords for highly cited related patents with the theme of "light source" and "lens",and combining the extraction results with the TRIZ evolution theory,the evolutionary route and evolutionary tree of key technologies for car lights are obtained.In the process of analyzing the evolutionary route of key technologies for car lights,this article also uses data visualization technology to make the data easy to read.
