Since the beginning of the 21 st century,countries around the world have attached great importance to advanced materials.Among them,carbide advanced ceramic materials have high melting points,high strength,special electrical and magnetic properties,and are widely used in extremely harsh environments such as ultra-high temperature and high vacuum in the aerospace field.It has been used,but China's low-quality carbide advanced ceramics have low production capacity,which has restricted China's development in the aerospace field.The development of advanced carbide ceramic products is imminent.From the perspective of patent analysis,the analysis of patents on advanced ceramic materials for carbides for aerospace.The research is of great significance for ascertaining the global aerospace carbide advanced ceramic technology information,changing the development status of China's aerospace carbide advanced ceramics,and guiding the future development of China's aerospace carbide advanced ceramic technology.This paper uses visual analysis,patent citation analysis and other research methods.First,it conducts patent analysis on development trends and key innovation subjects in the world and China.Second,it focuses on hot materials C / SiC composites and SiC /SiC composites,analysis of the technical efficacy and technical route of the company.Finally,a patent citation analysis of the key innovation entity--Safran.The main findings are as follows:(1)From the perspective of global and Chinese patent analysis,the global patent technology development trend is growing.The United States is the first country to study,followed by Japan,France and other countries.China has been the main factor affecting the growth of global patents for more than a decade.Technical composition can be divided into carbide coatings,SiC toughened phases,carbide ceramics and carbide ceramic composites,in terms of patent applications,carbide coatings and carbide ceramic composites are global research priorities.The global technology source countries are mainly China,the United States and Japan.The main domestic technological innovation areas are mainly concentrated in Shaanxi,Hunan,Beijing,Jiangsu provinces and cities.China's patents are more concentrated on technological improvement and research and development,and foreign patents are more concentrated on specific Application and improvement of components.(2)From the analysis of patents on hot materials C/SiC composites and SiC/SiC composites,the technical direction of C/SiC composites improvement mainly focuses on process improvement,matrix modification and interface modification.In the past fiveyears,the research hotspots main focus is on improving mechanical properties,high temperature resistance,oxidation resistance,and ablation resistance.The technical difficulty lies in improving high temperature resistance and oxidation resistance.The improvement of SiC/SiC composite material technology hotspots mainly focuses on process improvement and interface improvement.The research hotspots in the past five years mainly focus on reducing costs,simplifying processes and improving mechanical properties.The current problems to be solved are reducing costs and extending Service life.(3)Judging from the patent citation analysis of key innovation entities,the Safran Group's core patent US5965266 A in this field has been dug out,and the development source of this technology has been traced to the late 1980 s and early 1990 s,it is revealed that the citation targets mainly include Carolyn Dry,General Electric Company,Honeywell International Corporation,United Technologies Corporation,etc.,and there is a competitive relationship.The self-cited patent layout is mainly developed from the protection of a single pair of materials to the protection of specific items,for carbide ceramics on turbines The research is more in-depth.Finally,the technology diffusion,extension and development of the entire technical field are analyzed through the citation network.
