As an important method for in vitro diagnosis,immunoassay has been widely used in modern clinical testing and life science research.Chemiluminescence immunoassay is the latest immunoassay technology,with advantages of high sensitivity,wide detection range,and good marker stability.Full automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer can accomplish adding samples,adding reagents,de-interference,mixing,heat preservation reaction,automatic detection,data processing,report printing and post-test cleaning,etc.by itself;Involving multidisciplinary,it is a combination of many technologies such as optics,precision machinery,electronic technology,biochemistry and computers etc.and with high degree of automation.In this article,firstly,current situation and development trend of automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer at home and abroad is investigated,according to the principle of chemiluminescence,various steps and functions of the instrument is broken down in details,the overall design of the mechanical system,and working principles and design ideas of the various functional modules of the instrument has been studied in depth.Each module is modeled and designed to realize the movement function of each module.An integrated design for the reagent disk and reaction disk was proposed for the general layout of existing instruments.After re-designing the layout,the chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer reduced the volume by nearly half,shortened the strokes of each action,and improved the running speed.Using Peltier Semiconductor for the entire thermal design of the reagent disk reaction disk to incubate the heat generated by the cooling of the reagent disk to the reaction disk,in addition,the insulation insulation conditions and consumption were calculated,the heat insulation material and the Peltier model were selected.The reagent plate is cooled while the reaction plate is heated to achieve the purpose of reducing power consumption and saving energy.Through Solid Works Flow Simulation software,the factors affecting the temperature distribution of the reaction disk reagent disk were analyzed,and the temperature distribution and change of the integrated reagent disk reaction disk were studied.The Peltier power,the heat transfer capacity of the heat sink,the heat transfer capability of the cold block,the internal gas flow,and the position of the Peltier module were analyzed.For the design simulation results and considering the actual applications were not involved in the design simulation,experiments were conducted,aimed at the temperature variation of the reagent disk reaction plate.According to the results of experiments and simulations,this article designed a control scheme for the temperature of the integrated reagent disk reaction plate.This scheme includes two aspects which are the control of temperature components such as the Peltier Semiconductor,the resistance heating tape and fan etc.,and the motion control of the sun reaction disk reagent disk.The integration of the reagent disk reaction disk shortens the time for adding samples by sample needle,and also intensifies the influence on thermal expansion and contraction caused by rapid temperature changes on the accuracy of the sample addition.In order to study the influence of the rapid change of the sample needle temperature on the accuracy of sample addition,firstly,according to the working principle of the sample adding fluid system,a sample adding fluid system was designed.Then,The influence of the amount of sample taken,the volume of the air column and the sample rate on thermal expansion and contraction were analyzed theoretically and calculated and related calculations were carried out.Experiments were carried out with regard to accuracy of the addition.Finally,the optimization control steps and software compensation scheme were given.After the experimental demonstration,after the optimization of the control and software compensation,the accuracy of the sample has been improved.
