In recent years,the body's blood and fluid as an important indicator of medical detection,the accuracy and efficiency of its detection requirements gradually increase.As a new type of detection device,the enzyme immunoassay analyzer can not only improve the detection efficiency,but also reduce the error caused by manual operation.ELISA analyzer incubation stage is a major part of operation,its the accuracy and reliability of the positioning accuracy and temperature control performance that will directly affect the test results is a difficulty in control field,which need to study the incubation temperature control system.In addition,to prevent the monopoly of foreign manufacturers,and short the gap with the international advanced level has a high practical significance.The study of this subject is the ELISA analyzer incubation temperature control system,this process mainly includes the control of multiple motors that will run the reagent mixture to the specified position,will be done in a certain time and a certain temperature incubation process,mainly related to two aspects of motor control and temperature,the detailed research work is as following:(1)Hardware design and debugging of incubation temperature control system.The paper mainly completes the design and debugging of two circuit boards of motor control and temperature control.The two circuit board are using Freescale Carle K10 series chip as the processing chip and using CAN bus for signal transmission;in the motor control part,drive circuit design and implementation of stepper motor speed control strategy and increase the closed-loop detection,achieve accurate positioning requirements;in the part of temperature control,the design of high precision acquisition circuit the temperature and the heating control circuit,and using the PID control algorithm to control the temperature required for the reaction process,complete the design and debugging of the incubation stage.(2)The application of linear auto disturbance rejection algorithm in incubation temperature control system.According to the actual PID in dajustment disturbances,the paper introduce linear ADRC algorithm to analyze the improved algorithm,and through the analysis of structure for linear ADRC system function model,build system simulation structure analysis.The simulation results show that the linear ADRC algorithm has higher robustness for PID algorithm,and can also satisfy the requirements of control system in the performance of the reaction time and accuracy,verify the feasibility of application in temperature control system in incubation.
