The core employees of the company have been the core competitiveness as the global economic getting integrated in the 21 st century.In order to keep these core employees,their sense of belonging and identity to the company need to be enhanced by combining the career development goals of core employees with the enterprise development strategy,which can also stimulate their work enthusiasm and creativity,and then provide the source of power for the company to maintain stable development.X is a copper smelting enterprise that has an important position in China's copper smelting industry with a history of nearly 60 years.Due to the strong dependence of the industry on professional employees,how to reduce the loss of core employees and improve the loyalty of employees to enterprises is urgently needed.In order to defines the core employees of each branch according to the actual situation of X company,these core employees are selected as the research object.The SWOT analysis model of the core employee career development plan is proposed by adopting SWOT analysis.The basic information of gender,service age and position of core employees is grasped by conducting descriptive statistical analysis to the questionnaire,which is gained after conducting a questionnaire survey on these core employees,with the software of SPSS 19.0.The core employee satisfaction of the questionnaire was analyzed by the method of factor analysis,and the results showed that the core employees' recognition of the enterprise was 77.2%,the satisfaction for career development planning was 76.7%,the satisfaction for salary and workload matching was 77.9%,and the loyalty to enterprises was 65.8%.The analysis results showed that both of the core employees' satisfaction with the company and the satisfaction of the company's career development planning are low.The analysis results of the core employees' awareness of the importance of career development planning and design according to the variance analysis showed that the core employees in different posts have different attitude.According to the analysis results,the career development channel design is designed for three different types of core employees,and the multi-channel mesh career development channel for core employees is designed to effectively improve the limitations of career development.After that,the corresponding security system was established,including assessment management and competitive management.Design assessment criteria by analyzing post,and then design the assessment management process,at the same time,design the competition management process according to the existing job conditions.Finally,the other steps in the career development planning and design were summarized and a career development planning table was prepared.In a short cycle,the system operation initially achieved the design goal of the multi-channel mesh career development channel.The career development plan is applied effectively to the core employees of the company in the thesis.It hopes that the company will fully stimulate the potential of the core employees through planning their career development,and at the same time,bring more benefits to the enterprise,and reducing the loss of core employees.
