Human resource management plays an important role in the development of the enterprise.As an important part of human resource management,career development management has been paid more attention to and applied to actual management,so more experts and scholars are involved in this field.the study.The time frame of career management covers all working hours,covering a wide range of issues,and the company plays a key role in the career development planning of employees and the achievement of career development goals.The company regards career management as the economic development goal.a way.ZH company is a state-owned holding company,deeply influenced by national culture,following the traditional management mode,the class atmosphere is serious,employees can not reflect their personal value,it is difficult to achieve career development goals,resulting in the company can not retain excellent employees,resulting in the company can not develop rapidly,It is easy to be out of touch with the times.Therefore,ZH company must use a more advanced scientific method to re-establish the human resource management model,build a new promotion path that meets the needs of employees,improve the overall level of ZH company,and improve the corporate culture.This paper takes ZH Company as the research object,uses the method of interview and questionnaire to analyze the current situation of employee areer management in ZH Company,finds out the problems and reasons,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper is mainly divided into six parts.The first part describes the research background,significance and research status at home and abroad,and introduces the research content,research framework and research methods.The second part is about the related concepts and theories of career management.It introduces the related concepts and theories of career management,which lays a theoretical foundation for the full text.The third part is the analysis of employee career management in ZH company.It introduces the basic situation of ZH company,explains the general situation of ZH company and the composition of human resources,and analyses employee career management in ZH company through interviews and questionnaires.The fourth part is the problems of ZH underemployed management.It analyses the problems of ZH employees' career management from five aspects: career management system,career development channels,training,salary and performance appraisal.The fifth part is the countermeasures and suggestions of ZH employees career management.In view of the problems of ZH employees' career management,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and constructions.Discussion.The sixth part is the conclusion.
