Effects Of Acidolysis Oxidized Konjac Glucomannan On Immune Function Of Schizothorax Prenanti And Discussing

Researching the effects of AOKGM on Schizothorax prenanti immune function were aimed at providing the basis for the application of AOKGM as functional food.Serum immune and antioxidant indexes CRP,C3,NO,IgM,MDA levels.ACH50,iNOS,SOD,GSH-Px activity were determinated by multifunctional microplate reader.Serum LZM activity was determinated by ultraviolet spectrophotometer.Head kidney,spleen,liver and gut(mid-gut)tissue complement and CRP related gene(bf,c1qA,c3 and crp2),TLRs related gene(tlr5,tlr22,myd88,traf6,il6r,tnf-?,il-1?,tgf-?1)were quantified by real-time quantitative PCR.All of those were aimed at researching the effects of AOKGM on Schizothorax prenanti immune function under different temperature conditions.At 6,24,72,168 hours of Aeromonas hydrophila infection to research the effects of AOKGM on Schizothorax prenanti immune function with the same technique.The results are as follows:(1)Compared with the control group,although different temperature AOKGM had different effects on growth performance,viscera index,serum immune related parameters,immune organs immune gene expression of Schizothorax prenanti,but AOKGM raised Schizothorax prenanti related immune serum parameters and immune organ complement,TLRs related genes the expression and established Schizothorax prenanti as the research foundation of AOKGM immune animal model.(2)After Aeromonas hydrophila infection,AOKGM rapidly increased Schizothorax prenanti serum iNOS activity,NO levels,as the infection time,serum related immune parameters showed a trend of decrease,72 h similar to the basic group,to maintain the body health.(3)After Aeromonas hydrophila infection,AOKGM could quickly adjust the immune organs head kidney to cause complement components,cytokines related immune genes expression and enhance the fish resistant to bacterial pathogens.With infection time go on,complement component,cell factor related gene expression were reduced,and then return to the body balance.At 168 hours complement component,cell factor related gene expression were similar to basic group at head kidney and liver.However,spleen and mid-gut have a significant increased.Therefore,we can draw the following conclusions:AOKGM can improve Schizothorax prenanti immunity.After Aeromonas hydrophila infection,AOKGM can quickly adjust serum related immune protein,immune origins complement and TLRs related gene expression of Schizothorax prenanti.It enhances the Schizothorax prenanti against pathogens-Aeromonas hydrophila to keep the fish healthy growth.
