Increasing natural depletion of natural resources,ecological damage and environmental pollution have led to widespread concern about the environment.As the world's largest developing country,China's long-term extensive development caused by the environmental problems and its people on the increasingly strong demand for comfortable environment showing a sharp contradiction.Ecological and environmental problems have aroused great concern of the government,ecological and environmental governance has become a major problem to be solved.The value assessment of ecosystem services is an important empirical basis for the modernization of river basins and a refinement of the data base,which has become a hot topic for policy makers and researchers.The development of relatively backward northwest China's inland areas,while facing the ecological fragility and economic poverty of the dual pressures,the watershed ecosystem value assessment of the relevant research has been the focus of attention of scholars.However,although the published literature is large but the evaluation results are quite different,it is difficult for the research results to be adopted by the decision makers.Meta regression can effectively control the differences between the study itself and the background,and it is regarded as the most objective and statistically strict systematic review method.However,the use of Meta regression in China to study the value of ecosystem services is still blank.In this paper,the meta regression equation of the ecosystem service value evaluation is established after establishing the Meta regression data set,and the influencing factors of the assessment value of the ecosystem services are tested.Based on the Meta regression equation,the value transfer is applied and the accuracy is tested.The conclusion is used to calculate the ecological compensation standard of inland river basin in Northwest China.Conclusions as below:(1)The Meta regression model of the ecosystem service value of the inland river basin constructed in northwest shows that the four groups of characteristic variables of the preference method are significant in the evaluation of value.(2)Using the Meta regression equation combined with the n-1 data splitting technique to carry out the sample benefit transfer of the ecosystem service value of the inland river basin in Northwest China.The results show that the benefit transfer model is adaptable to the inland river basin in Northwest China.(3)Based on the value of Meta regression,the upper limit of ecological compensation for the seven counties in the Heihe River Basin is 55.6763 million yuan to 71.1476 million yuan.Based on the above conclusions,this paper also put forward relevant policy suggestions,in order to provide empirical evidence for the study of the value evaluation of the inland river basin in Northwest China,as well as the policy choice of ecological compensation standard.
