Ecosystem service value can be used as a reference index to reflect regional environmental change.The quantification of ecosystem service value can be compared with the natural economic value,which is helpful for people to understand the importance of ecological service function.For the country and the society,the quantification of ecological services will help to revise and improve the policies and regulations of ecological compensation,so that the state and society can be stable and sustainable development.Ili River Valley is an oasis in the western arid zone.With the economic development in recent years,Ili area of the natural ecology is bound to some changes.The long-term healthy development of the Ili River valley requires a sustained ecological environment change.The ecosystem service value of Ili River Basin from 2001 to 2013 was evaluated by the method of "sub-item calculation" and "Equivalent factor",and the results were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Expect to obtain more accurate results and try to compare the methods of ecological science.Finally,It's for giving support to the Ili River valley detection environment,and improving the research methods of this subject.The main conclusions include:(1)The average annual soil and water conservation in the Ili basin reached 2.639 tons in 2001-2013,reaching the highest value of 395.3 million tons in 2007,the lowest in 2011 was 198.5 million tons.The largest amount of the region is Zhaosu County,an annual average of 70 million tons.Yining County and Yining City takes maintain the minimum,with an average of only 11 million tons and 0.4 million tons.Maintain the highest efficiency in Turks County with an annual average of 73.7 tonnes per hectare;Huocheng County and Yining County are the lowest,with an average annual rate of 28.6 tonnes per hectare and 24.7 tonnes per hectare.(2)The results of the "sub-item calculation" are: the average annual ecological service value in the period of 2001 to 2013 is 28.54 billion yuan,the lowest in 2008 is 22.77 billion yuan,and the highest in 2010 is 31.56 billion yuan.The highest ecological of service efficiency is Chabuchaer County,with an average annual 5992 yuan per hectare.The lowest is Xinyuan county and Yining City,with an annual average of 4779 and $4241 yuan per hectare.(3)The results of the "Equivalent factor" are: the average annual ecological service value in the period of 2001 to 2013 is 88.87 billion yuan,the lowest point in 2005 is 82.54 billion yuan,and in 2010 the highest of 94.3 billion yuan.The highest in the region is Zhaosu County,with an annual average of 17.06 billion yuan;the lowest are Yining County and Yining City,with an annual average of 6.412 billion yuan and 162 million yuan.Gongliu County is the highest efficiency of ecological services,for an average of 21513 yuan per hectare.Huocheng County and Yining City are the lowest,respectively,an average of 13621 and 1210~8 yuan per hectare.(4)It is predicted that the ecological service value of the Ili River valley will reach 75 billion yuan in 2025.The level of ecological service value of Ili River valley is determined to be tens of billions of yuan.The specific value varies according to the method of assessment and the service function covered by the assessment,which is about 30 to 90 billion yuan.The results of both approaches show that the value of ecological services is the highest in 2010.In the comparison of the annual trends of each region,the reliability of Huocheng County is the highest.For the simpler areas of ecosystems,the annual trends of different indicators are closer.The ecological service function is better in Turks County,worse for Huocheng County.(5)the service function value of gas,water source,soil and nutrient is similar to the results of the two methods.It's similar proportions which the results of the two methods that service function value ratio comparison of Gas,water,soil.There are more types of ecological services covered by the equivalent method in the two methods,and the calculation steps are simpler.The proportion of service functions is greater in terms of gas and hydrological regulation.(6)The results of the "sub-item" are positively correlated with the change of precipitation.There is no significant correlation between the results of the "equivalent method" and the precipitation,but Huocheng County.Precipitation will enhance the ecological service function of the area as a whole,and the trend of precipitation change will lead to the change of service value in poor areas.In the year with low precipitation,the ecological optimal area shows the effect of water conservation.
