Statistical Measurement And Appraisal On The Running Effect Of Financial Ecology Environment In Shandong Province

The ecological concept was introduced in the financial field for the first time onDecember7th,2004. It was introduced by president of central bank, Zhou Xiaochuan, at“Forum of50Economics” in the repor named “Perfecting the Legal System and Improvingthe Financial Ecology”. The concept of financial ecology is a scientific choice based on thecareful summary of the reform practice in our country, a reflect of the scientific concept ofdevelopment in the financial sector and a great innovation of the financial theory andfinancial work.The research on financial ecological was more and more and in2007, the financialecology was written into the prime minister report for the first time. Through improvingfinancial ecological environment, the financial efficiency and financial risks managementcan be improved and the development between environment and human elements andfinancial resources can be harmonized, which have very important theoretical significanceand practical value to the healthy development of regional economy. Therefore, this papertakes the running effect of regional financial ecological environment as the research object,and construct evaluation index system scientificly, then use various statistical analysismethod to measure and synthetically evaluate of the status and development level of thefinancial ecological environment of shandong province, which is the inevitablerequirement of optimizing the status of regional financial ecological environment,improving economic contribution of coastal provinces and cities and constructingdeveloped economy.This paper uses the methods of the combination of qualitative analysis andquantitative analysis and of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis around the theme offinancial ecological environment of shandong province, to make a detailed study of therunning effect of financial ecological environment of shandong province. The researchmainly includes the following aspects:The first chapter is the introduction, which clarifies the research background andsignificance of financial ecological environment, combes the domestic and foreign relevantresearches, expounds the structure of the whole paper, clears the technical route and research methods and combes the possible innovation.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of financial ecological environment, whichintroduces theory origin of the financial ecology, analyses connotation, structure andcharacteristics of the financial ecology and makes foundation and bedding for statusanalysis and the establishment of the evaluation index system.The third chapter is the analysis of operation status of the shandong financialecological environment, which shows that the operation status of financial ecologicalenvironment is good, the financial industry and deepening developes in the reform andopening up, economic and monetary levels have entered into higher development stage andthe financial sector have higher contribution to the entire national economy.The fourth chapter is the analysis of influencing fectors of the financial ecologicalenvironment’s operation effect, which mainly studies the construction of evaluation indexsystem. First, from the view of scientificity, hierarchy, expansibility, comparability andoperability to summarize the basic principles of evaluation. Second, the evaluation indexsystem of financial ecological environment is expounded in detail, which establishes afoundation for the empirical analysis of the paper.The fifth chapter is the empirical analysis of overall effects of operation financialecological environment in shandong province, which from the view of longitudinal andtransverse angles, through multi-index synthetic evaluation method based on combinationweight and the DEA efficiency method to measure the overall operating effect and drawthe conclusion, the overall operating effects of financial ecological environment inshandong province is rising in recent years and is in a relatively leading status comparedwith other developed provinces.The sixth chapter is the empirical analysis of running effects of financial ecologicalenvironment in17sub-cities of shandong province, which uses two multivariate statisticalmethods——factor analysis and cluster analysis to make comprehensive evaluation of17sub-cities of shandong province. The conclusion shows the status and problem of theecological environment and points out the direction to improve financial ecologicalenvironment.The seventh chapter is problems and optimization proposals existed in financial ecological environment’s operation in shandong province, which integrates empiricalresults and corresponding analysis in the first two chapters then reachs the existingproblems, finally puts forward the optimization countermeasures.The research results and possible innovation of the paper mainly include:(1) In theevaluation and study on the financial ecological environment, the paper is under theregional perspective, which analyzes the influence factors of the effect of regional financialecological environment’s operation and with the combination of practice and presentsituation of shandong province financial ecological environment to construct evaluationindex system;(2) The paper uses multi-index synthetic evaluation method based oncombination weight to analyze the comprehensive score of financial ecologicalenvironment of shandong province’s operation from2005to2010, with the subjectiveweight caculated by Delphi method and the objective weight caculated by entropy weightmethod. Three other developed regions, Jiangsu province, Zhejiang province andGuangdong province are selected to compared with Shandong province using DEAefficiency method and multi-index synthetic evaluation method based on combinationweight and make a horizontal comparison;(3) The paper uses factor analysis and clusteranalysis to make comprehensive evaluation of17sub-cities of shandong province toanalyse the running effects of financial ecological environment in the17regions in detail.
