China's home appliance industry benefited from the reform and opening up policy,from 1990 s to enter the high-speed development period.By the beginning of twenty-first Century,our country has formed a white,black based scale of theperfect home appliance manufacturing industry,contribution to the national economy hasincreased year by year,the proportion of contribution from the initial nationaleconomy grew to 3% in 2016 of 8%..With the popularity of the Internet in recent years,consumer demand has also undergone a fundamental change,gradually to meet the basic needs of life to smart appliances transition,especially consumers pay attention to the quality of life,all this is reflected in the rapid growth of demand in intelligent home appliances.As we all know,the home appliance industry has always been closely related to people's livelihood,so maintaining the healthy and orderly growth of household electrical appliance enterprises has a strong practical significance.In this paper,a typical case study analysis,the choice of Sichuan Changhong as a case study of business performance evaluation.First of all,this paper uses the index analysis method to evaluate the operating performance of Sichuan Changhong,and thinks that the operating performance of Changhong in Sichuan shows a rising trend.Secondly,screening could be compared with 40 home appliance listed company data,using the factor analysis method,the influence of home appliances business performance and risk control of the six factors according to the weight from high to low order respectively: solvency,profitability,development ability,operation ability,asset management ability and enterprise management ability.The results of factor analysis show,Sichuan Changhong in the ranking of the home appliance industry ranked 36,solvency profitability in 28,32,25 development ability,operation ability 27,23 asset management capabilities,enterprise management ability 31.Due to the middle ranking of each component,compared to other household electrical appliance enterprises,there are more problems to be solved.Therefore,according to the results of the factor analysis,the paper reveals the problems and the main causes of the problems of Sichuan Changhong,and tries to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.At the same time,through the accurate positioning of the market position of Sichuan Changhong,the future development path of Changhong in Sichuan is constructed from three aspects:1.establish and improve the internal control system to ensure solvency;2.consolidate existing diversified business,improve profitability;3.because of the need to set up organizational structure,strengthen enterprise management capabilities.Finally,according to the national "13th Five-Year" planning and the "China manufacturing 2025" strategy,that the prospects for the development of home appliance industry in the policy support is optimistic,Sichuan Changhong will also benefit from the home appliance industry healthy and orderly development of the reform of state-owned enterprises across the crucial period,so as to continuously improve business performance effectively,provide a blueprint of similar issues for the same industry enterprises.
