The Research On The Working Capital Management In Purchasing Channel Of Sichuan Changhong

With the rapid development of economy and population in recent years,.As a result,the production scale,assets and channel status of most household appliances manufacturing industries in China have been expanded.In order to make the electrical appliance manufacturers have a larger voice to the upstream suppliers,so as to obtain the working capital through the way of delay payment,and further enhance the scale of their own enterprises.However,is there any risk in this way? Will there always be a good relationship between suppliers and the electrical manufacturing industry?Can working capital maintain high turnover efficiency?Based on this,this paper studies the working capital of Sichuan Changhong purchasing channel by system analysis,normative research and case analysis.This paper mainly analyzes the working capital management of Sichuan Changhong purchasing channel from two aspects,one is from Sichuan Changhong procurement mode,the other is from Sichuan Changhong supplier relationship.Through the analysis of the mechanism,performance and risk of Sichuan Changhong,it is found that the purchasing mode of Sichuan Changhong is not centralized,and the supplier management inventory model is not comprehensive enough.Supplier relationship has the problem of high risk of short-term repayment.As a solution In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions on developing punctual procurement and strengthening the Vendor managed inventory.The paper also puts forward two suggestions on developing the win-win relationship between the two suppliers and strengthening the credit assessment of the suppliers,thus promoting the steady and rapid development of the working capital of Sichuan Changhong purchasing channel.This paper hopes that the above research can improve the working capital management level of Sichuan Changhong procurement channel and enhance the overall competitiveness of Sichuan Changhong enterprises.It can also provide some reference and reference for the working capital management of purchasing channels of other electric appliance manufacturing enterprises in our country.
