Rate is a traditional method of analysis, is often used to evaluate the relate of elements in working capital. As we analysis elements separately,it has many limitations and often make results mistake.With the using of Supply chain channel,Channel theory,Customer relation theory, we have new creation on the research of working capital,as management theory,method, enhancing management of capital, establishing relation with modern enterprise which make resource distribute reasonably and make companies get the most profit.The thesis chose Sichuan Changhong as the object of study. The first part elaborates the background and significance of the topic,and research method, main contents. The second part introduces the theories of working capital including the concept and characteristics of the working capital, the theories of channel working capital. Then we can see the company’s disadvantage. The third part introduces the background of Sichuan Changhong and use the evaluation to analysis the company’s working capital. The forth part finds Sichuan Changhong’s problem, including different stages in the whole process. The fifth part is to give the company suggestion on these problems.
