In the elevator industry,China is the largest using country and largest manufacturing country,but this is accompanied by fierce market competition.Moderate competition is conducive to the progress of industry technology,improvement of the quality of services,while excessive competition is not conducive to enterprise sustainable development and causes many security risks.Therefore,to ensure product quality and service quality is the bottom line for business survival,which requires elevator companies optimize their processes,and seek as well as ameliorate weakness in their own processes.Unlike other manufacturers with mass production,elevator industry customizes products according to the different needs of customers.The specifying process of contract in F elevator company is a very important link.Currently,however,there are two major problems with this process: unable to complete the specifying contract in accordance with the production schedule,as well as the completion of the contract specifying having defects.The pre-order of the contract specifying process can not provide correct data and the feedback of the problem causes delay.And with the increasing difficulty of non-standard contract requirements,the feedback rate concerning the site quality problem of non-standard products is increasing year by year.How to deliver the correct specifying contract on time becomes the most important problem to be overcome in F Company.This thesis will introduce the solution of problems relating to the time postponement of delivery,and problems about increasing feedback of product quality.Through the Lean Six Sigma Management,the contract specifying process is analyzed and the data of each ladder type during January to September,2015 are summarized.In addition,brainstorming method,cause and effect diagram,and strict scientific analysis such as root cause analysis,combined with the specific examples giving corresponding solutions is used to avoid the problems from happening again.Finally,the problem about time postponement of delivery is solved and the cost of poor quality is reduced.Stream maps with the comparison of the current value and the future value are drawn to illustrate the obvious advantages after the improvement,and corresponding methods are taken to solve problems,so that the purpose of process optimization can be achieved Eventually,after the implementation of corrective actions being monitored,in the process of optimization and after the completion,continuous supervision and control should be implemented to find problems,and lean thinking can be used for continuous improvement.In this thesis,the specific example is given to illustrate that the Lean Six Sigma Management.have the significance for improving procedure and upgrading quality in the manufacture process of an enterprise.
