In today's increasingly fierce market competition,with the diversification of customer demand,the support of government policies and the industry has shown good prospects for development,the internet printing industry has become an unprecedented fierce competition.More and more internet printing enterprises in the competition exposed production equipment advanced,the backward management mode and enterprise culture of criticism,which led to the emergence of substandard product quality,high cost,product delivery and personalized to meet the level is not high,these problems directly affect the customer to the enterprise product satisfaction.Lean Six Sigma is a combination of lean production and six sigma,although the cultural background of the two are different,but both are in order to continue to improve and the pursuit of perfection.Lean Six Sigma has been implemented in many enterprises at home and abroad,and has achieved success.The successful implementation of Lean Six Sigma has proved that it can reduce the cost of products,improve the quality of products,shorten the delivery time and improve the efficiency of enterprises by implementing Lean Six Sigma.Firstly,according to the actual situation of WH company is faced with,describes the necessity of the implementation of Lean Six Sigma and feasibility;secondly in accordance with the DMAIC process by using the fishbone diagram,Pareto map and VSM for the company's products delivery period are analyzed in detail and find out the influence of product delivery causes long period;third,according to the influence factors analysis,using process analysis,seven waste analysis,line balance analysis,5W2 H,ECRS principle,man-machine operation analysis,logistics lines analysis on specific issues for the analysis and find out improvement;fourth,according to the analysis,the use of IGRAFX,CAXA,VISIO and other software and bottleneck analysis 6S,Kanban management,implementation and layout planning improvement.In the end,the balance rate of the production line is increased from 71% to 91%,and the product delivery time is shortened from 9 days to 5.8 days.The improvement in this aspect is to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
