Based On The Circular Economy Of The Research On The Construction Of Ecological Industrial Park

In recent years,with the rapid development of the industry,the industrial parks are emerging all over the country.Industrial Park has brought us enormous economic benefits,but also cause a series of irreversible environmental problems.The conflict between the traditional economic development model of industrial parks and the sustainable development concept advocated by China is more and more serious,which hinders the economic development of the industrial park,people began to explore and put forward a new development model,that is circular economy,which taking into account of the economic development and environmental protection,is an inevitable choice for the sustainable development in our country.Eco-industrial park is a new type of industrial park,which is based on the principle of cleaner production,focusing on the promote environmental protection and resources rationalization using.According to the concept of circular economy,the park designed the industrial chain,and also under the guidance of the industrial ecology,the park control the overall development of itself.Finally,the park realized the multilevel rational utilization of the resources,and discharged the pollution and waste to the minimum.In the theory part,the paper explains the circular economy and ecological industrial park,by research the related theory of the circular economy,the relationship between the circular economy and the eco-industrial park is deeply understood.Through the comparative study of different types of eco industrial park construction and development in China and abroad,we put forward a framework for the overall designed of eco-industrial park construction based on the circular economy,which is combined with the actual situation of China's industrial development.In the application part,the paper takes Wengfu integrated industrial park as the case,in order to understanding the main existing problems of the park,we must investigate the current situation of the park,and then research the necessity and advantages of circular economy,evaluated the situation of the current circular economy,to build the industrial chain and circulation system in the park based on the evaluation results.The paper mainly studied the integration of material and energy in the park,as well as the horizontal and vertical coupling extension of industrial chain,build the Wengfu integrated eco-industrial park on the whole.By construction research and Wengfu analysis of integrated eco-industrial park,this paper analyzed the gaps between the Wengfu integrated industrial park and the eco-industrial park,identifying the direction of the park needs to be improved,and then constructed the symbiotic coupling industrial chain,which integrates the material and energy.And then gradually towards the circulation economy,the park made full preparations to build the ecological industrial park as soon as possible.At the same time,the geographical location of Wengfu integrated industrial park is special,which is a typical Karst landform.Its ecological environment is more vulnerable to damage,and more difficult to restore.The study on the circular economy of the industrial park has more research value,which can provide reference for similar industrial park,playing an exemplary role for other parks.
