Research On Chemical Industry Park Industrial Chain Mode And Sustainable Development Management

Chemical Industry is the very foundation of the civil economy. China is experiencing the fast developing era of Chemical Industry. With the promising development of chemical enterprises and expansion of its capacity, it impacts both ecosystem and environments at the same time. Both the aggravated consumption of the energy and environment influence restrains the further growth of the chemical industry. All above push us to reform and improve the system and structure accordingly. Chemical industrial park is the basic unit that forms the industry. Hence it is necessary to study the Chemical industry park chain mode and its sustainable development management approaching the proper suggestion and advice for the innovation of the whole industry.Based on theory of circular economy from domestic and abroad,by researching the literature about the sustainable development in the current years, the paper analyzes the current situation of the China chemical chain. Meanwhile taking advantage of the method of site visit, it studied local chemical parks and analyze the pros and cons between the local chemical parks and foreign park. Moreover the research gives the rational suggestion and methods aiming at the existing problems in the chain and its management.After the further study, it manifests that the chemical plants in China have a big number but very scattered, the problem of low level products and homogeneous competition is serious, environmental risk is very challenging, technology and management are weak and industry distribution need to improve. The suggestion is given as:set developing mode as three steps, Industry Agglomeration, Integration, Green Ecology Chain; target as the ideal model of the minor cycle and medium cycle; evaluate the sustainability of the single enterprise or chemical park by the chlorine test method; implement the credit and record system for the practitioners in chemical industry; establish ten chemical areas and form the ’one-vertical two-horizontal’ strategy; develop emerging industry as new energy, new material and bio-pharmaceutical.
