Research On Government Information Communication Mechanism In Public Emergencies

In the era of the new media environment,the transmission of information and communication environment are undergoing dramatic changes,the corresponding information dissemination mechanism is more complex.Especially in the sudden public events,communication is no longer the government to the public and the media to communicate alone,but to gradually form the government,the public and the media communication mechanism.The article mainly discusses the concept of public emergency,features and related theory and Tianjin Tanggu development zone as an example of the bombings at 8.12 introduces the incident happened,and form internal communication system,the relevant departments of communication,media communication and public communication explored the essence of information.Analyzed our country present stage of the government in public emergency information communication and puts forward the shortcomings,form the aspects of the government,the media and the public put forward government information communication mechanism in public emergency strategy.
