Clinical Efficacy Of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy Based On Syndrome Differentiation Theory

Objective Observation of bupleurum cassia twig decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type of clinical curative effect,objective evaluation of the effectiveness and safety,preliminary explore its therapeutic mechanism,for using six-channel differentiation theory of bupleurum cassia twig decoction treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type of too little and provide clinical basis for disease.Methods Using clinical randomized controlled trials,will be included in the standard of 60 patients,according to the order number into the group,by using the random number table method is divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group took the bupleurum cassia twig decoction,the control group took the neck pain granules,the course of treatment was two weeks.Before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment,respectively simplified Mc Gill pain quantization table was used to assess the patient pain score,the main syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine integral quantization table to assess the clinical symptoms and curative effect evaluation criteria to assess the clinical comprehensive efficacy.Results Before the treatment,the treatment group and control group in gender,age,course of the disease,pain and illness degree had no statistical difference,together with comparable(P > 0.05).On the improvement of PRI,VAS,PPI scores,two groups after treatment compared with before treatment group had significant difference(P <0.01),the two groups of drugs on pain of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type are significantly reduced;The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group improved the pain compared to the control group.In improving clinical symptoms,the treatment group compared with control in the way,according to two groups can improve the humeral back pain,neck stiffness,limited activity,arm pain and numbness wait for a symptom(P < 0.05);Compared to the control group(P < 0.05),the comparison between the two groups showed that the treatment group improved the clinical symptoms.After two groups of treatment,the main syndromes of TCM syndrome were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was 93.3% compared with83.3% in the control group,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions The root pain of the radicular cervical spondylosis can be significantly alleviated by the chai hu cinnamon soup.It can improve the clinical symptoms of cervical shoulder pain,stiffness,upper limb pain,bad cold,sweat,dry throat and swimming.The clinical efficacy of the treatment of nerve root cervical spondylosis is significant,and the safety is higher and deserves further study.
