Research On The Cassia Twig Decoction’s Function Of Jieji And Jianzhong Based On Shanghan Zabing Lun

Objective:Further studying of the function of cassia twig decoction,the results provide reference basis for clinical application and drug preparation of cassia twig decoction and types of cassia twig decoction.Methods : Based on Shanghan Zabing Lun,the article analyses combining herbal textual research,utilizing the method of literature research and theory discussion.Results:The function of cassia twig decoction and types of cassia twig decoction can generalize with Jieji and Jianzhong,which mechanism is producing qi and xue through Jianzhong,guiding qi and xue to body surface to adjust yingwei.The contraindication of cassia twig decoction prove its function.For Jianzhong,the constitution which includes humid and hot,sputum and humid,yang abundant,yin weak or suspect of hot symptom cannot uses cassia twig decoction.For Jieji,different with Ephedra decoction,it cannot use in weak of yin and yang or body inside insufficient,which lead to the body inside damage.Cassia twig and Peony in Han dynasty are similar to Cinnamon and White Peony today.The source and fabrication of drug happen transformation between ancient day and modern,which can choose flexibly in the process of developing and applying cassia twig decoction and types of cassia twig decoction.Concerning to the classification of types of cassia twig decoction,we cannot only differentiate by the constitute of decoction.The decoctions which exceed the function of cassia twig decoction should be called the transform of cassia twig decoction.
