| As an important part of Chinese medicine theory system, the theory of " five-zang-viscera corresponding to four seasons" reflect the inherent thinking mode of the TCM theory "Correspondence between Man and Nature". This theory holds that the human five internal organs Physiological and pathological changes in a certain extent, affected by the nature of climate change. which is an important part of "five-zang-viscera corresponding to four seasons", refers to the physiological functions of liver and the Spring climate change with synchronous corresponding relationship, Liver exuberant in Spring, in the five elements Liver belong to wood, have. So the theory "Liver correspondence Spring " was mainly embodied in the germinal, dredge effect become stronger. Through the related experimental study on the theory "Liver correspondence Spring" would have further deepen understand the essence of the Liver.1 ObjectiveThe topic want to study the seasonal changes in the function of Liver Controlling Dispersion from the perspective of physiology and pathology, no only deepen understand the essence of the Liver, but also provide some experimental basis to further the micro mechanism of the theory "Liver correspondence Spring ", rich the theory of "five-zang-viscera corresponding to four seasons".2 Methods2.1 Experimental animalsOne hundred and eight health SD rats, male, clean, weighted 170-190g,brought seven days before beginning of vernal equinox, summer solstice, autumnal equinox, winter solstice in 2013, adaptive feed seven days, weighing, were randomly divided into three groups:normal group, CUMS group, CRS group, in every group there were nine rats.Normal group ate and drank freely, received natural light, and were controlled under certain room temperature, CUMS group and CRS group are operated 21 days. All the rats would be weighted before being beheaded.2.2 Test methodThe central neurotransmitter 5-HT, DA, NE in the hippocampus using ELISA method to test the concentrations.2.3 Analysis methodThe differences of groups were tested by SPSS 17.0. The values were calculated with One-Way ANOVA test, P< 0.05 meant obvious difference, P< 0.01 meant significant differences. All the data were showed by mean±standard.3 Results3.1 Influences on 5-HT content in hippocampus by seasonal variation(1) Physiological group、CUMS group、CRS group had trend autumn>winter>spring>summer. In Physiological group and CRS group, compared with summer, the other three seasons has a very significant difference (P<0.01),compared with autumn the other three seasons has a very significant difference(P<0.01).In CUMS group compared with spring and summer, there was a very significant difference (P<0.01) in the other three seasons.(2) In the same season, there was showing the trend of content descending in spring、summer and autumn and rising in winter that CUMS group compared with physiology group. In the same season, there was showing the trend of content descending in spring、summer、autumn and winter that CRS group compared with physiology group. In the same season, there was showing the trend of content descending in spring and autumn and rising in summer and winter that CUMS group compared with CRS group.(3) Comparison among groups:In the same season, there was showing a very significant difference(P<0.01) in the spring CUMS group and CRS group compared with physiology group.there was showing a significant difference (P<0.05) in the autumn CUMS group compared with physiology group.3.2 Influences on DA content in hippocampus by seasonal variation(1) Physiological group and CRS group hand trend spring>winter> autumn>summer. compared with spring. CUMS group hand trend spring> summer> winter> autumn. In Physiological group compared with spring, there was a very significant difference (P<0.01) in the other three seasons, compared with winter, there was a significant difference (P<0.05) in the other three seasons. In CUMS group compared with spring, there was a very significant difference (P<0.01) in autumn. CRS group compared with spring, there was a very significant difference (P<0.01) in the other three seasons, compared with autumn, there was a very significant difference (P<0.01) in spring and summer, compared with winter, there was a very significant difference (P<0.01) in spring.(2) In the same season, there was showing the trend of content descending in spring、autumn and winter and rising in summer that CUMS group compared with physiology group. In the same season, there was showing the trend of content descending in spring、summer and winter that CRS group compared with physiology group. In the same season, there was no significant difference but showing the trend of content descending in summer and rising in spring^ autumn and winter that CUMS group compared with CRS group.(3). Comparison among groups:In the same season, compared with physiology group, there was showing a very significant difference (P<0.01) in the spring CUMS group and CRS group. Compared with physiology group, there was showing a significant difference (P<0.05) in the winter CUMS group. Compared with summer CUMS group, the CRS group had a significant difference (P<0.05)3.3 Influences on NE content in hippocampus by seasonal variation(1) Physiological group hand trend autumn> spring>winter>summer, CUMS group and CRS group hand trend autumn.> winter> spring> summer. In Physiological group compared with summer, there was a very significant difference (P<0.01) in autumn, there was a significant difference (P<0.05) in summer compared with spring. In CUMS group Compared with winter, there was a very significant difference (P<0.01) in autumn. In CRS group compared with spring, there was a very significant difference (P<0.01) in summer、autumn, compared with winter, there was a signicant difference(P<0.05) spring.Compared with autumn there was a very significant difference (P<0.01) in the other three seasons.(2) In the same season, there was showing the trend of content descending in spring and winter and rising in summer and winter that CUMS group compared with physiology group. In the same season, there was showing the trend of content descending in spring and winter and rising in summer and autumn that physiology group compared with CRS group. In the same season, there was no significant difference but showing the trend of content descending in the four seasons that CUMS group compared with CRS group.(3) Comparison among groups:In the same season, compared with physiology group, there was showing a very significant difference (P<0.01) in the spring CRS group.Compared with physiology group, there was showing a significant difference (P <0.05) in the summer CRS group and winter CRS group.4 Conclusions(1) Seasonal changes will affect the SD rat hippocampus 5-HT, DA, NE content in the normal group and model group. In the three groups 5-HT content in spring compared with summer and winter had a significant difference, showing the trend of content descending in winter and rising in summer, had not a significant difference compared with winter. DA content in the three groups had a significant difference with other three seasons compared with spring.NE content in the three groups had not a similar discipline.(2) There has a correlation between TCM theory "Liver correspondence Spring " and the central neurotransmitter. In the Spring the content of 5-HT and NE was exceed in summer, under in antumn.DA content in spring was higher than the other three seasons. This suggests that the TCM theory "Liver correspondence Spring " is a complicated mechanism, which was participate by a variety of neurotransmitter.(3) The two modeling methods CUMS and CRS are not affect by seasonal variations, the two modeling methods are stability. |
