With the continuous development of China's national economy,results in rapid growth in traffic demand.The development is at the critical stage of speeding up the construction of expressway network,expressway construction can only be strengthened,not weakened.However,it also causes damage to the environment.Therefore,how to adding the green construction as the main factor with time,cost and quality is an important research of expressway construction projects.Based on the summarizing of multi-objective optimization of expressway construction project,the multi-objective optimization model of time,cost,quality and green construction is constructed.In multi-objective quantization,use expert scoring method combined with incentive mechanism,making the result more scientific.In the analysis of the relationship between the major goals,introduce quality cost,green construction cost and so on,the relationship between the linear and nonlinear functions is studied,and the multi-objective utility function is constructed.In order to build the multi-objective optimization model of expressway construction project,then genetic algorithm is applied to solve the model.Finally,applied it to the MZ expressway construction projects.Through the comparative analysis of the model results of linear and nonlinear relations,the multi-objective optimization model under nonlinear relationship has extended by 1.4%,but the cost has reduced by 6.7%,the quality has increased by 1.8%,and the green construction has also increased by 2.3%.To verify the nonlinear relationship of the multi-objective optimization model of the superiority,and proves the feasibility of the multi-objective optimization decision analysis.The research has a certain theoretical and practical significance for the multi-objective management of expressway construction project.
