It is not difficult to find that the green building and whole life-cycle projectmanagement both belong to today’s academic frontiers and research focus of theconstruction sector. Thanks to many advantages, the Green building has become a newdirection for future building development; In addition, because of the big pattern and farhorizon characteristics, the whole life-cycle project management’s related theory isbecoming increasingly conspicuous in management system.Based on these, the thesis combined with the actual situation of domestic engineering,fully learn from the basis of relevant theories of Chinese and foreign scholars, describesthe meaning and importance of green building firstly, proposed to the whole life cycleproject management optimization theory into the green building innovative research. Thenfocusing on the design phase, construction phase and use phase for selection anddefinition of optimization index, separately for quantitative description of the nonlinearrelationship between each phase and index, and on the basis of value engineering, themulti-attribute utility function and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory to buildmathematical model, with the help of computer programming to solve it, in order torealize the engaged in the former, matter and afterwards to the whole life-cycle of thegreen building dynamic optimization management purposes. Finally, this thesis selects aconstruction case of the green building’s function-time-cost comprehensive balancedoptimization model to verify, and proves its good scientific and practical.Through the above research, this thesis from the "timeline" and "indicators axis" toestablish a green building multi-stage, multi-objective optimization project managementsystem, not only help to improve the whole life cycle project management efficiency andaccuracy, but also accumulated valuable experience and data for similar new projects,which can promote the healthy and orderly development of the green building, providestrong theoretical support and practical guidance for promote national economicdevelopment and ecological construction.
