Since the reform and opening up,with the development of economy,people's living standard improving,people for investment and development in the field of architecture become more and more,this makes the project management soon becomes the main direction of people study.From a general survey of relevant documents,most people will focus on project integrated management system and analysis relationship between any two about management schedule,quality,and cost,this article from the perspective of the whole,as the research key,study and analysis management schedule,quality,and cost.The first part of this article summarizes the current situation of the management of the project and the existing problems in the study of construction project management in China,puts forward the coordination management theory,and then points out the research methods of this article,the content and meaning.The second part first points out that to coordinate the relationship between the management and the goal and the concrete steps of using coordinated management,summarizes the theoretical significance of coordination management;Then focus on studying multi-objective project management.According to the requirements of the project structure and personnel,summarized the composition of multi-objective project management system,and points out that under the condition of the dynamic control of project target,the adjustment process about schedule plan;Finally,set up the relationship between in advance control,intermediate control,afterwards control and PDCA cycle.It pointed out that the adjustment of construction target through schedule network diagram,and target cost control through the specific process control procedures to achieve.The third part introduces the genetic algorithm.First points out the overview,principle and characteristics of genetic algorithm,be introduced in detail the five core elements in the process of genetic algorithm includes parameter coding,selection of initial population,the setting of fitness function,genetic operation design,control parameters setting,makes us have an insight into about the genetic algorithm,and through the calculation step of genetic algorithm to develop a flow chart of genetic algorithm;Then introduces the adaptive genetic algorithm based on genetic algorithm and points out the advantage of the adaptive genetic algorithm features and implementation steps;Finally points out that the theory significance and the method of multiobjective optimization;Next,mainly introduces the method of improved adaptive genetic algorithm.By increasing the positive and negative feedback adaptive strategy to achieveimproved about adaptive genetic algorithm,Finally through the analysis of mathematical model and set up,arrive at the solution about improved self adaptive genetic algorithm.The fourth part case analysis,it is pointed out that how to carry out the cost,time limit for a project,quality control,and the point is using the genetic algorithm to the time limit for a project,quality,and cost combination scheme selection.Finally,the paper makes summarize and predictive prospect for future research.It is pointed out that the research significance of this thesis,insufficiencies and future development and research direction.
