China is in the stage of rapid economic development,especially the continuous development of urbanization,excessive consumption of resources and environmental pollution and other issues have become increasingly prominent.Construction as one of the important pillar industries of the national economy,not only to promote the development of the national economy,but also brought problems such as waste of resources and environmental pollution,these problems in the construction of this link in the performance is particularly evident.With the proposed strategy of sustainable development and ecological civilization strategy,green-oriented high-quality development has gradually become the development trend of the construction industry,green construction as an important way of sustainable development,will become the main direction of development of construction.Green construction compared to traditional construction techniques,more consideration of environmental factors,focusing on environmental benefits,economic and social benefits of symbiosis.The scientific and comprehensive management of multi-objective project is an important way to achieve green construction,but the traditional construction project goal management involves only a multi-duration,cost,quality three goals.Therefore,this paper will be environmental protection and safety objectives combined with the traditional three control objectives at the same time analysis to achieve optimum project objectives balanced optimization,research on the construction of multi-objective management of the project and the promotion of green construction and decision-making basis for enterprise managers have a very important theoretical and practical significance.This paper analyzes the relationship between the objectives of green construction,on the basis of network planning technology combined with the characteristics of the target management of the five main objectives of the green construction project duration,cost,quality,safety and environmental protection for qualitative and quantitative analysis,quality,safety and Environmental Protection three qualitative objectives using Delphi method to quantify.On the basis of the target analysis,combined with literature research and reasonable hypothesis analysis and the establishment of the duration and cost optimization model,duration and quality optimization model,duration and safety optimization model,duration and environmental protection optimization model,after the use of multi-attribute utility theory to build a green construction project duration-cost-quality-safety-environmental protection multi-objective.Secondly,based on the analysis of particle swarm optimization and genetic algorithm,the genetic thought into particle swarm optimization,and the use of particle swarm optimization that is improved genetic particle swarm optimization(GA-PSO algorithm)for multi-objective balanced green construction projects optimization model is solved,efficiently and accurately select a balanced optimal solution model,providing decision-making based on multi-objective.Finally,this paper combined with examples of green construction projects,by using GA-PSO algorithm to solve the multi-objective equilibrium optimization model of green construction project,the optimal solution of multi-objective equilibrium optimization model is obtained,and the better solution of each target is obtained under the optimal solution of the whole model,and the results show that the quality,safety and environmental protection target value of the green construction project meet the requirements level.And the optimized construction period is 11 days ahead of the contract,the cost is also reduced by 1.77 million yuan than expected,the optimization results are a good realization of the green construction project in the duration,cost,quality,safety and environmental protection of the five objectives of the equilibrium optimization,but also verify the applicability and practicality of the genetic particle swarm algorithm.According to the characteristics of green construction project optimization research results and multi-objective project management,green construction projects for the five main objectives of the proposed control measures to provide a reasonable and feasible for the project managers to ensure efficient green construction projects under budget,quality and quantity to carry out the decision-making method,thereby enhancing the green construction.
