Evaluation Research On Performance Of Drug Cold Chain Logistics Enterprise

Due to the people's standard of medial security has been greatly improved with the rapid development of economy in our country. The logistics requirements for drugs product has improved. With the pharmaceutical industry in the rapid development in our country, there is also a large development space in cold chain logistics industry of refrigerated drugs. Represented by vaccines and blood products are developing comparatively fast. Even cold chain logistics is no exception. It encountered various problems in the development. These problems have seriously hindered the process of Chinese drug cold chain logistics development.At present, the detection of Chinese drug cold chain is close to the blank state, and most of the drugs and vaccines are almost without detection in the transport. However, because of management mechanism, many drugs which need to be refrigerated from the factory to the patients use often appear broken phenomenon in the whole chain. It is reported that the cold chain logistics capability has been accounted for only 25% of social demand in China. Due to storage and transportation conditions can not meet the requirement of the cold chain, the drugs which need to be refrigerated exists potential caused great loss, but it is also a threat to people's personal safety. So the study of drug cold logistics to the whole enterprise performance appraisal looms ahead.This paper is basis on the cold chain logistics theory, and performance appraisal to review the literature of drugs logistics, cold chain logistics and enterprise performance evaluation. Through a detailed understanding of the basic pharmaceutical cold-chain logistics enterprise operation process, then apply the balance scorecard theory to analyzing the factors of drugs cold chain logistics enterprise performance made certain the evaluation indexes. In addition, using the bijective soft set to make certain evaluation indexes value, and then the comprehensive evaluation of the results are made. At last, it will get a scientific and reasonable advice of the object by empirical analysis to verify its rationality, effectiveness and operability through the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
