Research On Operation Performance Evaluation Of CY Cold Chain Logistics Center

In order to accelerate the development of the cold chain logistics industry,the infrastructure construction of cold chain logistics has received the attention of governments and enterprises in recent years,and the cold chain logistics center has also developed rapidly as a key node in the cold chain logistics process.Many regions have built Regional cold chain logistics center.The investment costs and operating costs of the cold chain logistics center are very high.In order to maintain the sustained and healthy development of the cold chain logistics center,it is necessary to evaluate the operational performance of the cold chain logistics center in a timely manner.However,relevant research is still lacking in China.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the performance evaluation of cold-chain logistics centers in order to guide the development of cold-chain logistics centers and provide the relevant departments with the basis for policy formulation.The CY Cold Chain Logistics Center is an integrated cold chain logistics center exclusively funded by CY.Currently,it is the only large-scale high-end cold chain logistics center in Tianhe District,Guangzhou.Therefore,this paper takes CY cold chain logistics center as the research object,and builds a performance evaluation index system that is in line with the CY cold chain logistics center,and selects appropriate evaluation methods to evaluate the operation performance of the CY cold chain logistics center.First,we reviewed the research on cold chain logistics,cold chain logistics performance evaluation and logistics parks at home and abroad,defined the research scope of this article,summarized,formulated,and elaborated the corporate social responsibility theory and performance evaluation theory,and provided for follow-up research.The theoretical basis.Then analyzes the current status and existing problems of CY cold chain logistics center performance evaluation,and demonstrates the necessity of establishing a CY cold chain logistics center performance evaluation system.The construction of the performance evaluation system is divided into two steps,that is,constructing a CY cold chain logistics center performance evaluation index system and selecting suitable evaluation methods.Specifically,by analyzing the performance concerns of the CY cold chain logistics center,the principle of constructing the performance evaluation index system of the cold chain logistics center was clarified.Based on the corporate social responsibility theory and the performance evaluation theory,we initially constructed the performance of the CY cold chain logistics center.The evaluation index system uses Delphi's method to screen the evaluation indicators.The final performance evaluation indicator system includes 20 indicators in terms of financial performance,internal operations,customer service,development potential and social responsibility.Finally,the method used to determine the index weights of the analytic hierarchy process and the comprehensive performance evaluation method based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation evaluated the operating performance of the CY cold chain logistics center,and verified the scientific and practical performance evaluation system we built.This paper not only constructs a performance evaluation system for the CY cold chain logistics center,provides a strategic tool for its future reform and development,but also complements the related research of the cold chain logistics center.Therefore,this study has certain theoretical and practical significance.
