Cold Chain Logistics Performance Evaluation Of Agricultural Products Under The Green Perspective

All these factors will stimulate the rapid development of cold chain logistics. Moreover, compared with foreign, there are gaps between China’s fledgling agricultural cold chain logistics enterprises and foreign in the production equipment, talent and technology, management and other aspects. For the promotion of farmers" income and protection of consumers’safety, accelerate the development of agricultural cold chain logistics is of great importance. Meanwhile, with the over-consumption of the resources and the deterioration of global environment, there is a growing emphasis on theory and practice related to sustainable development. Because a lot of energy consumption and emissions, cold chain logistics enterprises must adapt to the times and take the green concept into account, in order to improve their logistics operations management and environmental management. In this context, this paper establishes the topics of agricultural Cold Chain Logistics Enterprise Performance Evaluation Based on Green Supply Chain. By studying the indicators and methods of agricultural chain logistics enterprise performance evaluation to improve the cold chain logistics market competitiveness of enterprises, and to guide the development of cold chain logistics enterprises. It has certain theoretical and practical significance.Against the actual situation of specific agricultural cold chain logistics enterprises and on the basis of existing research results, this paper build a complete cold chain logistics performance evaluation index system of agricultural products under the green perspective and using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the status of an agricultural cold chain logistics company. The main contents of this paper are as follows:First, this paper introduces the research background and significance from both theoretical and practical perspectives, clarifies the content and methods, and analyzes the current research status on cold chain logistics performance evaluation at home and abroad.Secondly, it introduces the basic theory to explain the meaning and characteristics of the green supply chain, meaning and structure of agricultural cold chain logistics and related knowledge about the performance evaluation.Then, according to principles of constructing agricultural Cold Chain Logistics Enterprise Performance Evaluation System, select indicators and add a dimension to build the green performance evaluation index system.based on the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard.Finally, take an agricultural cold chain logistics company as an example and analyze the status of this company. On the basis of the establishment of the index system on top. evaluate the cold chain logistics performance by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Then analyze the results of the evaluation and propose appropriate suggestions.
