With the rapid development of the world economy, the service economy has become the driving force of economic development, service supply chain get more and more attention. Logistics service supply chain is a new type of service supply chain, in the management of logistics service supply chain, performance measurement can not only get the information feedback to improve efficiency, enhance communication, identify problems, but also can improve the internal efficiency of cooperation and the coordination among the supply chain partners, thereby it can enhance the competitiveness of supply chain. The performance measurement of logistics service supply chain has the complex and uncertain characteristics. In the measurement indices system, including quantitative and qualitative indices, data uncertainty and incompleteness has increased the difficulty of performance measurement. Confirming the measurement indices weight by most of traditional performance measurement method in the performance measurement has strong subjective judgments. In view of this, this paper applies Bijective soft set to measure performance of logistics service supply chain.Firstly, based on the domestic and foreign literature of logistics service supply chain performance measurement, this paper has explained the concept connotation of logistics service supply chain, analyzed the structure, characteristics, function and business process of logistics service supply chain. Based on the three dimensions--the overall operation of logistics service supply chain, cooperation management and customer service, the construction of logistics service supply chain performance measurement indices system has been set up which consists of 12 indices of two level and 32 indices of three level.Secondly, based on the characteristics of analysis of existing measurement method and measurement index system, this paper applies Bijective soft set, Bijective soft set decision system obtain the objective weight of indices and Discernibility matrix obtain the reduction of indices. The measurement method can solves the data of qualitative and quantitative indices with uncertainty and incompleteness problem, reduce redundant indices, improve the degree of objectivity of indices weight and avoid the shortcomingsof subjective judgments by experts, thus the performance measurement model has been set up.Finally, through analyzing the empirical performance measurement of a logistics service supply chain, the results show that the model is an effective measurement decision tool on logistics service supply chain, it can effectively deal with the uncertain data, weight performance measurement indices, distinguish key factors, quantify companies’ logistics service performance based on objective weights. According to the results, this paper has proposed suggestions on the logistics service supply chain, which are important for supply chain to improve competitive and provide theoretical and practical references for other enterprises. The results also show that, establishing a good relationship with customers can quickly and effectively improve logistics service performance of supply chain.
