With the continuous development of computer related technologies and its extensive application in all walks of life,the original traditional mode of production,management and service model all have significant changes.At the same time,compared to the previous physical capital and technology capital,known as "intellectual capital" of the human resources in the operation and development of enterprises gradually play a more and more important role,enterprises have gradually increased the intensity of the human resource management.But at present,the human resources management information system in enterprises is basically not perfect,the business process is not intelligent,and can not completely independent management,auxiliary work.So,in order to solve the problems existing in the human resource management information,combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge of human resources management and the current mainstream related information technology,this paper design and implement a human resource management system(HRMS).This paper mainly carried out the following works:Firstly,according to the specific business process of the enterprise human resources management and related business departments,the overall system needs to achieve functional requirements and non-functional requirements,the system for the management of personnel information,attendance management,salary management,social welfare management,statistical analysis,system management of six functional modules are described.Secondly,through the business processes and functional requirements,determine the technical architecture,human resources management system development platform,software and hardware and network requirements.Then we used UML tools to carry on the detailed design to the function module,business process,interactive way,respectively produced a detailed requirements specification,detailed design specification,database brochures and other achievements.Thirdly,after the design and the code is completed,and through functional,non-functional testing,the system will be on-line test run.Through trial operation,we summary the design and development of the system.The human resources management information system is based on J2 EE platform,B / S architecture and MVC,and makes full use of these techniques is a bit.The system is simple,flexible and efficient,strong expansibility.The application of this system can provide a quick and easy management pattern for the enterprise human resources managers,thoroughly get rid of the traditional business of heavy manual operation,but also to avoid the errors caused by manual operation,so as to improve the human resource management of the accuracy and high efficiency.It also makes the relevant information of human resources can be fully interconnected sharing,processing and analysis,assistant decision-making,so also indirectly improve the human resources related information application value.
