The rapid development of today's society,as the social development of energy power,the development of energy related to the people's livelihood.The current state and subordinate power industry on the grid pow er quality requirem ents are getting higher and higher.Because the power quality of pow er supply,affecting the development of all walks of life.In the grid of high and low voltage fluctuat ions,It can cause inst ability in th e grid,resulting in i mmeasurable serious conse quences.So timely m onitoring,feedback and regulation of grid voltage is very important.In this paper,the paper first introduces the principle and equipment of voltage monitoring and its development,the development status at home and abroad,the n ecessity and actual use value of voltage monitoring system.The focus is on the entire power m onitoring system for analysis,design,im plementation and testing.In this paper,the whole voltage monitoring and analysis system is analyzed from four aspects: sy stem function,syste m interface,system performance and system security,and the dem and is clarified.Requires the system to collect real-time power system voltage data,and upload to the network.The process of uploading the m issing data and er ror data processing.A nd the entire data analysis,the voltage pass rate,voltage overrun,etc.,in the form of a chart to display.At the same time,it can make the decision-making function of the line division of the power grid system,and can carry on the online analysis processing.The hardware,including the voltage monitoring device,the wireless communication network GPRS,the database server,the WEB server,the front server,the gateway server and the logic strong isolation device,are designed for the whole system from the overall structure,the hardware aspect an d the software aspect.Software design process to follow the high cohesion,low coupling,can be well cut into m odules.At the same tim e,the database of the system is designed.The system is OLAP system.It is necessary to store a lar ge amount of historical data for analysis.The data warehouse is designed to fo llow the star model,based on the relational database Oracle,and us e C ++ and.Net to th e whole system Interface and logic co de to write.In the process of system implementation,according to the demand analysis of the functional points based on the pr inciple of software engineering dependent on the division of the module,the specific realization of the completion of the entire system development work.Finally,according to the need s of the analysis of the various functional points andperformance interface and other needs to test the entire software system,modify the system BUG,enhance the robustness of the software,availability,making the use of the syste m more friendly and humane.At present,the power grid monitoring system has been able to m onitor the power data for the scientific planning of the power grid provides a good basis.The grid monitoring system can manage the voltage,realize the voltage cross-border alarm,fundamentally optimize the power,so as to im prove the im age of the power company's service,th e community to provide standards of electricity in all walks of life.
