In accordance with background and current situation of supply voltage monitoring and management of national power industry and in combination with actual work demands of Meishan Electric Power Company, this article is intended to study and construct a comprehensive management system platform of Meishan Electric Power Company for municipal and county integrated supply voltage monitoring.Based on related theories about voltage monitoring and development history of monitoring devices and systems, this article makes a detailed description of compositions, features and functions of the new voltage monitoring device, voltage data collection, processing and analysis and functions. On the basis of grid structure of current power grid and in combination with classification of voltage eligibility rate, layout method and type and voltage adjustment method such as reactive power compensation, this article analyzes reasons for voltage faults and low voltage eligibility rate and makes an in-depth analysis of significance of voltage monitoring and power quality in electric system and industrial production and life. Through comprehensive presentation of objective and significance of system construction, thinking and plan of construction, overall architecture, module composition and function application, this article specifically introduces hardware and software platform, application functions and modules to be eventually realized by the system.
