With the rapid development of mobile Internet and intelligent terminal equipment,customers put forward higher demand for data rate.As main technical standard of 4G,LTE-Advanced introduced several new key technologies,including carrier aggregation,extension MIMO,CoMP and relay,to meet requirements for higher data rate.Using carrier aggregation,multiple component carriers with a different bandwidth can be simultaneously utilized to provide wider bandwidth,higher data rate and lower latency resulting a better user experience.This paper focuses on the method of radio resource management in LTE-Advanced carrier aggregation system,including component carrier selection and RB allocation algorithm.Firstly,this paper expatiates the LTE-Advanced network architecture and its new key technologies.It mainly introduces the carrier aggregation technology,including the principles of carrier aggregation,aggregation method and deployment scenarios.Then it summarizes the radio resource management algorithms,key technology of FemtoCell and the influence of FemtoCell on the existing LTE-Advanced carrier system.Secondly,according to the technical characteristics of hybrid architecture of macro cell and femtocell,a dynamic carrier aggregation group formation method for FemtoCell in LTE-A is introduced.An algorithm is designed to solve CC selection problem.The algorithm takes full account of the interference between the carrier and the interference of the neighborhood,designing the corresponding algorithm.An open-source software LTE-Sim is used to simulation experiment to analyze the effectiveness and feasibility.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can improve the efficiency of component carrier selection.Finally,the paper proposed an improved RB allocation algorithm for the further studies of radio resource management in LTE-Advanced network.The algorithm transforms the problem into integer linear programming problem by increasing the constraint condition.The feasibility of the algorithm is analyzed from the aspects of algorithm complexity and fairness.Comparing with existing algorithm to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can improve the system performance and resource utilization efficiency.
