With the rapid development of internet technologies and the variety of communication businesses,the needs of communication have been greatly increasing.Based on the researches on LTE,current studies focus more on LTE-Advanced system to meet user's demands and find solutions of reaching higher data transfer rate.As one of the key technologies in LTE-Advanced system,carrier aggregation effectively aggregates carriers of different frequency bands to increase bandwidth capacity of system and improve data transfer rate.In addition,carrier aggregation can greatly improve frequency resource utilization,on the situation that there exists many scattered frequencies and less complete range of frequencies.However,resource allocation algorithms in single-carrier LTE system are not exactly suitable to multi-carrier LTE-Advanced system.Therefore,it is significant to research on resource allocation algorithms in LTE-Advanced system to effectively improve resource utilization and system throughput.The paper researches on carrier selection and packet service resource scheduling of radio resource management in LTE-Advanced carrier aggregation scenarios,mainly about implementation and application scenarios of carrier aggregation.Analyze current problems of component carrier selection and service scheduling in research.The paper mainly researches:(1)There is no effective carrier allocation algorithm to schedule high frequency and low frequency carrier,and the paper,according to the carrier's frequency characteristics and user load,improves the current algorithm to select the optimum one,combined with ICS and JCS and applied in carrier aggregation.(2)There exists the phenomenon that high service needs but low user satisfaction in cell-edge,and the paper,according to utility function,improves packet scheduling algorithm to adjust the priority of user service to ensure users' QoS needs.(3)There is a Vienna LTE-A system simulation platform,which can be deployed carrier aggregation scenarios.And the paper analyzes the simulation results of the improved carrier selection algorithm and the improved scheduling algorithm.The simulation results show that the improved algorithm of component carrier selection can select the optimum carrier for user in cell-edge to transfer resource block,effectively increasing the average cell throughput.And improved proportional fairness algorithm based on QoS service needs can increase the priority of service scheduling and reduce total latency of system,improving system's fairness.
