We study the Kindergarten Nutrition Education according to comprehensive standpoint of the System Theory and the research method of Interdisciplinary Research in the background of the research production of much discipline. The aim of this study was to: 1. Develop a new Childhood Nutrition Education Knowledge-belief and Attitude-behavior /Practice Questionnaire and then investigate in kindergarten to understand the fact of childhood nutrition education KAP. at present. 2. Explore the Kindergarten Comprehensive Nutrition Education Model.We combine the research methods of questionnaire investigation and literature search. Our research project are: 1. Edit Childhood Nutrition Education KAP Questionnaire and test the reliability and validity. 2. Investigate in kindergarten and collect data and deal with it to understand the fact of childhood nutrition education KAP. at present. Then test the sex and age differences. 3. Analyze the relationship of K, A and P and the effect factor and form mechanism of KAP. 4. Explore the Kindergarten Comprehensive Nutrition Education Model according to the educational principle and characteristic of childhood and the fact of kindergarten nutrition education at present.From the results, it concludes that: 1. The 'childhood Nutrition Education KAP Questionnaire' has high reliability and validity. 2. There is very obvious difference in the score of K., A., P. and KAP between the boys and girls; and the scores of girls are higher than which of boys in all the differences. 3. There is very obvious difference in the score of K. and KAP among children in different age; there is obvious difference in the score of P. among children in different age. The elder are higher than the younger in all the differences; and there is no obvious difference in the score of A. among children in different age. 4. There are very obvious relationship among the K., A. and P. 5. The component of the theory Model of Kindergarten Comprehensive Nutrition Education Model is making up of by four subsystems. The four subsystems are independent and relational. They are the educational goal subsystem ofknowledge-belief and attitude-behavior and practice (KAP), the curriculum subsystem of apparent curriculum-hidden curriculum, the cubic educational subsystem of family-kindergarten-society, the multi-dimensionality evaluating subsystem. This model can synthetically reflect Kindergarten Nutrition Education. 6. It is feasible and essential that we make use of the research method of Interdisciplinary Research according to comprehensive standpoint of the System Theory in the background of the research production of much discipline.
