Research purposes: In order to understand the status of dietary nutrition and physical activity of college students in Jiangsu Province, there is an analysis of differences in dietary nutrition and physical activity among college students of different professions and genders in different regions.Besides,Using GIS technology to analyze the relationship between the environmental characteristics of college students' dormitories and the physical activities and nutritional status of students in Jiangsu Province.Research methods: 1.Using questionnaires to obtain information on food choices, nutritional knowledge and physical activities of 7298 sophomores and juniors in 8institutions in Jiangsu Province;2.The grades in the questionnaire were assigned, and the data processing analysis was performed by JMP13.0 software. The dietary nutrition status and physical activity status of college students were described by mean ± standard deviation.Independent sample t test was used between men and women;3.ARCGIS software was used to get the number of restaurants and physical activity places in different dormitory buffers circles;4.Logistic regressionwas used to analyze the influence of the number of restaurants and physical activities in different buffer circles on the BMI index of college students.Research Results:1?The proportion of female college students in Jiangsu Province is higher(24.13%)than that of male college students(22.66%).2?The scores of dietary behavior of college students in Jiangsu Province were(73.09(+8.47).The frequencies of eating breakfast and drinking sweet drinks per week for female students were higher than those for male students, but the frequencies of eating barbecue were lower than those for male students. The frequencies of eating breakfast and drinking sweet drinks per week for science students were higher than those for liberal arts students, while the frequencies of eating barbecue were lower than those for urban students.College students from cities eat breakfast and barbecue more frequently per week than college students from rural areas;weekly fried food and barbecue were eaten more frequently by college students with high dietary expenditure than by college students with low dietary expenditure;weekly fried food and barbecue were eaten more frequently by college students insouthern Jiangsu than by college students in northern Jiangsu.3?The intake frequencies of staple food, poultry and livestock meat and drinking water of science students are higher than those of liberal arts students;the intake frequencies of vegetables, milk, fish and shrimp, nuts and other foods of university students from cities are higher than those from rural areas;the intake frequencies of staple food, crude grains and potatoes, legumes or bean products, eggs, poultry and livestock meat of male college students are higher than those of female college students; The frequencies of intake of milk and dairy products, fish and shrimp, poultry and animal meat among college students were higher than those of college students with low dietary expenditure.4?Female college students spend more time in moderate intensity physical activity than male college students in physical education class;liberal arts college students spend more time in moderate intensity physical activity than science college students;southern Jiangsu college students spend more time in moderate intensity physical activity than northern Jiangsu College students. In non-physical education class, male college students spend more time in moderate intensity physical activity than female college students, female collegestudents spend more time in sitting than male college students, and science students spend more time walking than liberal arts students on average; The time of moderate-intensity physical activity of college students from rural areas is longer than that of college students from the city.5?There is a correlation coefficient between the number of restaurants in different buffer zones around dormitories and BMI index of College students. The number of overweight and Obese College Students in the 100 m buffer ring of dormitory is more than that in the 100 m buffer ring of dormitory. When the buffer ring expands to 300 m,the number of overweight and Obese College Students decreases with the increase of the number of restaurants around the dormitory.6?There is a correlation coefficient between the number of physical activity places in different buffer zones around dormitories and the level of extracurricular physical activity of College students. It can be seen that the more the number of physical activity places in 200 m buffer zone, the less the number of college students in Jiangsu Province who have extracurricular physical activity more than 30 minutes a day.Conclusions:1?The BMI status of college students in Jiangsu Provinceis general.Female college students are less obese, but the low weight rate is higher.2?Regions and majors are the factors influencing college students' dietary behavior.College students and liberal arts students in southern Jiangsu have better dietary behavior, but there are still problems such as excessive intake of sweet drinks, barbecue and fried foods, which are related to the different levels of nutritional knowledge mastery of college students in different regions.College students and science students in Northern Jiangsu are the key objects of nutritional knowledge education in the future.3?College students consume more staple food, vegetables, poultry meat and drinking water, but not enough fish, shrimp and nuts.Students ' gender, major, region and dietary expenditure are all important factors affecting college students' food choices, which may be related to students' different economic levels.4? Undergraduates ' physical activity is obviously insufficient.Professional and gender factors are the main factors affecting their physical activity.College students need to improve their physical activity to promote healthy physical development.5?The distribution of food and beverage outlets around the dormitories has an impact on the health of college students. The number of food and beverage outlets in different scale buffer circles has different effects on the health status of college students.6?There is a certain correlation between the number of physical activity places in different buffer zones of dormitories and the level of physical activity of College students, but it is not found that the number of physical activity places around dormitories plays a promoting role in increasing the time of physical activity of College students.
