With the rapid development of economic globalization especially information globalization,as the “fourth media”,internet has been part of our life,study,work and so on.Students are the largest group of internet users,and college students use internet most frequently therefore their way of life,values,habits and psychology have been profoundly influenced by internet.On the one hand,the convenience and quickness of internet has enriched their life;on the other hand,the complexity and tolerance of it has profoundly influenced their psychology and behavior which leads to obvious changes.College students' positive network behavior is a vital factor which determines their physical and mental development and effectiveness of universities' ideological education or vice versa.Therefore,study of dynamic development of college students' network behavior and its evolution,and exploration of strategies can not only help students establish a positive network behavior concept and consolidate their scientific use of internet,but also avoid the negative impact on their values and behavior.Based on theory of network behavior and ideological and political education,the dissertation has investigated five universities in Chongqing and found that there are differences among college students.However,in general,it has a feature: surfing the net frequently and casually,surfing the net for entertainment,relying on the net and increasing number of mobile internet.Through research and empirical analysis we found that college students with increase of grades show variation in online study,online communication,online job hunting,online entertainment and online remarks.In online study,college students prefer professionality to variety,initiative to compulsion,interaction to independence;in online communication,extensiveness and demand have become stability and dependence;in online job hunting,complexity and diversity have been changed into target and specificity;in online remarks,conservativeness and impulsivity have been replaced by enthusiasm and objectivity;in online entertainment,universality and freedom have been replaced by personalization and constraints.In addition,through literature analysis and practical investigation,the dissertation found that there are following problems in college students' network behavior education:non-system of government strategy and advice;no supervision and guidance frompublic opinion;ineffective execution,measure and operation from universities;college students themselves being lack of control and constraint.Therefore,we must emphasize legislation,supervision and self-discipline and create a good network environment;we must strengthen the three weakness namely platform,teachers and carrier;we must bear science,civilization and health in mind to promote positive development of students' network behavior;we must exchange,interact and strengthen network market supply-side structural reforms to improve market supply mechanism and build positive,interactive long-term mechanism of students' network behavior.
