Network with high efficiency, convenience, shared characteristics, it is the dissemination of information fast, convenient communication, deeply affect people's way of life, all aspects of learning, communication methods and values. College students, they are easy to accept new things, all kinds of curious things, become the largest user groups of the network. The network has become college students live, learning life, work part inseparable. So the network for college students as well as the healthy growth of higher education management has an important part of the significance.This article is from the part of the difference, the related questionnaire to analyze the situation of network behavior of college students. Different genders, different grades, different professions, different personalities, different family backgrounds of students, their time network behavior, usage, network tools, network behavior and other purposes are different. Students in the correct view of the differences of network behavior, and respect the choice of college students on the basis, we should see that the mainstream of current college students network behavior is positive and healthy, learning behavior is the most important network behavior. Of course, we also see negative performance in network behavior of college students, such as over-reliance on the network, network behavior and other uncivilized behaviors. The negative performance was mainly due to the impact of higher education management, the construction of university networks and personal environment and other factors, therefore proposed a series of measures to train students to actively network behavior, to purify the network environment; network should pay attention to moral education; to train professional teachers construction; to strengthen supervision and management of university network platform, the improvement of standards of students' network system to guide students actively healthy network behavior, promote the development of college students better.Students of this study help to improve network literacy to train students healthy of network behavior; for students to establish a correct outlook on life and values have a major impact; help university administrators, educators better, more accurate grasp life learning network for college students and values, ways of thinking impact; to promote to the development of students comprehend, to better achieve the goal of educating people in higher education.
