Altruistic behavior is a kind of voluntary moral behavior which takes helping others for the main purpose.In order to better understand altruistic behavior's real characteristics of our junior high school students,I selected 1608 junior high school students(freshman,sophomore and junior)from Liaoning Experimental School(Shenyang),the forty-ninth middle school,and the fifth middle school in Dandong,and then conducted a questionnaire survey on their altruistic behavior,analyzing and processing the data with SPSS21.0 statistical software.It takes the social learning theory of the famous American psychologist Bandura and the moral reasoning stage theory of the famous American child development psychologist Kohl berg,as an important theoretical basis for the studyof this paper.This paper constructs a new theoretical analysis structure of revealing the altruistic behavior of junior high school students.That means it analyzes the basic structure of junior high school students,and the basic structure of producing.For the analysis of the altruistic behavior's characteristics of Junior high school students,it analyzes and summarizes mainly from the following several parts that the constituent elements of practical activities,constituent elements of mental activity and the differences of junior high school students' altruistic behavior,as well as the influnce of school education and environmental support on the altruistic behavior of junior high school students.The author draws the main conclusion about the object and content features of altruistic behavior,behavioral characteristics of altruistic behavior,the situational characteristics of altruistic behavior,knowledge and behavior features of altruistic behavior,the purpose and motivational features of altruistic behavior,wisdom features of altruistic behavior,will characteristics of altruistic behavior,feeling features of altruistic behavior,and the strength character i st i cs of altruistic behavior.Combined with the questionnaire data analysis results in this study,the author summarizes that the altruistic behavior characteristics of junior high school students in China have mainly the following important points,such as:Junior high school students conduct general high frequency of altruistic behavior,they have the characteristic of selectively implementing the altruistic behavior based on the close and distant relationship of altruistic behavior recipients objects.Altruistic behavior way of junior high school students take actively and independently lead to implement the altruistic behavior without organization as the principal things,they help the recipients in the way of" handling affairs" as the main way;nearly sixty percent of junior high school students are in the third stage of kohl berg's moral development,while about 13.5%of junior high school students are at the fourth stage of kohl berg's moral development.When most of the junior high school students face the specific situation of seeking help,they can make specific analysis,and can take targeted measures to provide help to the help the seekers as far as possible,and the girls' altruistic wisdom is slightly higher than that of the boys;78%of junior high school students implement the altruistic behavior,they have understand the meaning of behavior,and the grade three students have the best value cognition of altruistic behavior.Looking from thei r altruistic behavior characteristics,more than half junior high school students have guaranteed that they would actively help others.In this part of students,most of the students can fulfill their promise,namely,among the half of the junior middle school students who have made the guarantee,most of them can fulfill the guarantee,which means they have good unity of moral knowledge and practice.For the altruistic behavior' s character istics of Junior high school students concluded from this study,I propose some targeted educational strategies on altruistic behavior of junior high school students asfollows:First,we should build educational strategies which clearly targeted on promoting their altruistic behavior's development.It is specifically reflected in improving strategies aiming at the effective altruistic behavior of junior school students of different personal situation;strengthening the improvement of quality of altruistic behavior of junior school students in weak field of altruistic behavior—public field;promoting the diversified development of altruistic behavior of junior school students;strengthening the positive guiding to the situation characteristics and vol itional characteristics of altruistic behavior of junior school students in for aspects.Second,we should construct altruistic behavioral education strategies with the mode of "Cognition-observation-practice" for Junior high school students.It is specifically reflected in enhancing the specific cognitive ability of junior school students to altruistic behavior;guiding the junior school students to value the effective observation to altruistic behavior;improving the participation degree of relevant matters of altruistic behavior of junior school students in three aspects.Third,we should construct altruistic behavior' s educational strategies for Junior high school students which takes "integrate environmental support forces" as the core.It is specifically reflected in promoting the effectiveness of school moral environment support to promote the development of altruistic behavior of junior school students;optimizing the altruistic atmosphere of social environment to promote the development of altruistic quality of junior school students;valuing the importance of cultivating altruistic quality of junior school students of parents in family in three aspects.
