A Study Of College Students' Network Misconduct And Its Educational Path

In Contemporary society,the network has penetrated into all aspects of social life.The diversity,openness,virtuality,interaction,timeliness and other characteristics,cannot be replaced by the traditional media.In the network,due to the massive expression of multicultural information,a variety of different ideologies and political views can coexist in the network,the network is the world's largest information base and interpersonal communication sites.In recent years,"Internet thinking","Internet +","Big data","Cloud computing" and other concepts were put forward,and it will become another major change in social development.However,at the same time many problems also arise: extremely vulgar network language,public opinion on network kidnapping public morality,social interaction with totally no security,the worrying personal information disclosure,network fraud,Internet pornography,network infringement,Internet addiction and so on.These problems have already had a tremendous impact on the lives of some people,and have been deepened with the development of the Internet.College students as the important groups of internet users,some of which can not be a good constraint of their own activities,their behavior sometimes show anomie and deviation.Which can easily affect their healthy growth,but also have a negative effect on the ideological and political education and campus network construction.This paper reviews the relevant research results at home and abroad,summed up the connotation,characteristics and harm of college students' network misconduct.Through the induction analysis of the questionnaire,the author puts forward that the behavior types of college students' network misconduct: indulgence,moral failure and criminal.In view of the above performance analysis,the influencing factors include: the impact of college students 'physical and psychological factors and moral cultivation,the influence of the network itself,the lagging behind of college students' network anomie education,some families neglect the network behavior of college students,the adverse effects of the network anomie in social environment on the of college students,the college students network behavior education security system is not perfect.Based on the above theoretical analysis and practical work,the author puts forward the principle of education,namely,the principle of dominance,the principle of diversion and the principle of difference.The author puts forward the path of education: strengthening the network moral education and the rule of law education to standardize the network behavior of college students,strengthen the self-education and management of college students 'network behavior,and make full use of the network means to educate college students' network anomie behavior.Finally,this article starts from the policy support,organizational security and environmental protection in three aspects,put forward how to protect the effective implementation of college students anomie behavior education path.
