ObjectionFor thousands of years,the study of zhongjing's book has been magnificent,but it has not formed a comprehensive understanding of zhang zhongjing's thought of disease development and change.This paper makes research about the causes of disease development and change,the specific way of development change,the thought of disease development and change reflected in dialectical thinking,aims at systematically summarizing zhang zhongjing's view of disease development and change.It is helpful to enhance the understanding of zhang zhongjing's disease development and change thoughts,and to improve the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in clinic.MethodsThrough the methods of literature collection and logic analysis,this paper analyzes and summarizes the theory of Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases and related data.(1)Using the combined machine retrieval and manual retrieval method,first by looking at "Summary of the four library books,medical department all recorded","Integration of ancient and modern books,medical department all recorded" and "Chinese ancient books catalogue of traditional Chinese medicine" and so on related literature and the medical scientist.Then collect relevant papers and information through the literature database.(2)Classify the collected data.The content is classified according to the knowledge of transmission,the reason of transmission and the way of transmission.(3)In this paper,the author summarized the relevant contents of the treatise on the diseases of typhoid fever through the method of logical analysis and comparison.ResultsThe concept of disease development and change is extensive,and it contains the concept of transmission between the six diseases,and includes the development and change between the syndromes and non-classics,the changes of evidences,prescriotions to syndromes.Correctly understanding the connotation of development and change of disease is the precondition for the study of disease transmission.Transmutation occurs in relation to the patient's constitution,chronic disease,medical errors,and postmortem.The specific forms of transmutation are mainly six forms,namely six meridians,the further development of the disease,the transmission of the disease,the transmission of the peripheral diseases,the transfer of the viscera and the viscera,and the spread of the disease.From the point of view of dialectic,the change of the prescription is changed with the transmission of the disease,and the dialectical thinking of Zhang zhongjing is the thinking of constant dynamic change.ConclusionsThrough research,it can be seen that disease transmission exists in the development of disease.In-depth study of disease transmission is the key to develop TCM syndrome differentiation.Zhang zhongjing's two books are the dynamic evolution of disease and the evolution of the book.
