The Study On Clinical Application And The Rule Of Syndrome Treatment Of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae In Treatise On Febrile Diseases And Miscellaneous Diseases

Objective The purpose of this paper is to make clear the effect of Atractylodes macrocephala,the scope of application,dose,taboo,processing requirement and the better clinical application,by studying of Atractylodes macrocephala characteristics in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and miscellaneous diseases and the ancient and modern physicians and scholars’ understanding of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae.Method1. Through the study of literature,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae’s property and flavor,channel tropism,function,compatility,consilia of ancient and modern doctors and later improvement were analysed.2.In this paper,the research of Zhang Zhongjing’s application of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,especifically prescriptions of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases was analysed.(1)Prescriptions of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases were found.(2)Function of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae was analysed.(3)Two kinds of of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases were analysed.(4)Common herbs combined with Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases were found.(5)The dose,taboo and processing requirement of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases were found and analysed.(6)Later improvement of prescriptions of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae.(7)Consiliaes.Result1.Zhang Zhongjing used Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae extensively.There are 30 prescriptions of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases.These prescriptions are Mahuangjiazhu Decoction,fangjihuangqi Decoction,Baizhufuzi Decoction,Gancaofuzi Decoction,houshiheisan Powder,Guizhishaoyaozhimu Decoction,Tianxiong Powder,Shuyu Pill,Renshen Decoction,Gancaoganjiangfulingbaizhu Decoction,Lingguizhugan Decoction,Zexie Decoction,Wuling Powder,Fulingrongyan Decoction,Zhizhu Decoction,Yinchenwuling Powder,Huangtu Decoction,Zhuling Powder,Fulingzexie Decoction,Dangguishaoyao Powder,Danggui Powder,Baizhu Powder,Guizhiquguijiafulingbaizhu Decoction,Guizhirenshen Decoction,Zhenwu Decoction,Fuzi Decoction,Mahuangshengma Decoction,Jinxiaozhufu Decoction,Qianjinyuebijiazhu Decoction,Waitaifuling Decoction and Dangguishengjiangyangrou Decoction and so on.2.Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae has these functions: Dispelling wind and damp,miscarriage prevention,tonifying spleen and alleviating water retention,reducing phlegm,tonifying qi and sple-en,eliminating dampness and alleviating water retention,hidroschesis and heat extraction,arresting vomiting and relieving thirst,warm the middle and antidiarrheal and defecation.3.According to the frequency of herbs combined with Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,they are Radix liquiritiae,Poria cocos, cassia twig, ginger, Chinese herbaceous peony,Radix aconiti carmichaeli,rhizoma zingiberis,Panax,rhizoma alismatis,Fructus Ziziphi Jujubae,Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum wallichii,Scutellaria baicalensis,Ephdra sinica Stapf,radix sileris,grifola,adhesive rehmannia dried root,donkey-hide gelatin,concha ostreae,Gypsum,almond almond,rhizoma anemarrhenae,Platycodon grandiflorum,fructus aurantii immaturus,Sichuan pepper and Loess.4.The dose of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae was strictly required by Zhang Zhongjing.The maximum dose of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae is five liang,which was used in Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction to treat " limbs pain, thin and weak body" disease.To expel wind and remove dampness,the dose of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae was big.For dissolving phlegm,the dose was small The dose of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae in powder and pill was small.The rest was middle.To the syndrome of yin deficiency,blood deficiency,fluid deficiency,spleen and stomach excessive and abdominal fullness and abnormal movement of kidney-qi, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae was forbidden.5.Later doctors learned a lot about prescriptions of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae from Zhang Zhongjing.Such as Tongxieyaofang Decoction,Fuzilizhong Pill,Sijunzi Decoction,Yigong Powder,Liujunzi Decoction,Shenlingbaizhu Powder,Buzhongyiqi Decoction,Shengyangyiwei Decoction,Juyuan Decoction,Yupingfeng Powder,Guipi Decoction,Bazhen Decoction,Siling Powder,Chunze Decoction,Shipi Powder,Banxiabaizhutianma Decoction,Daan Pill,Zhishidaozhi Pill,Jianpi Pill,Zhizhu Pill,Zhishixiaopi Pill and Lizhonganhui Decoction.Conclusion In Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases,Zhang Zhongjing’s application of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae was treating variety of diseases.The effect was excellent. In this paper, through the analysis of ancient and modern medical research,the application of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases was summarized systematically.The final purpose of this paper is to improve the clinical application of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae.
